Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

....my answer would be yes. I don't think he's going to get drafted, but he is a guy that 1) can guard multiple positions and 2) could grow into a guy who could at least have a respectable NBA perimeter game. I don't see him as being a starter, but could be a nice role player.

Thoughts?

BTW, nbadraft.net has A.J. Hammons going 2nd round, 4th pick, Troy Williams going late second round, and Yogi Ferrell not at all. Think they are missing no Hammons and Ferrell's positions....I can't imagine Hammons outside the first round or Ferrell not being drafted.

I think he'll go to Europe rather than bounce around the D-League making like 30k a year.

I think AJ will make a roster somewhere. Probably late 1st/early 2nd round pick. Yogi will probably get drafted, not sure he'll stick though. Same with Troy.
“He’s always been a guy — maybe to a fault — he would always try to do what I said. That seems like something simple in coaching, but those are the guys I hang my hat on. We’ve had some guys in our program, we had a couple guys that felt I had a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. And they were right — I do have a bias towards E’Twaun Moore. I like guys that go to class, that are academic All-Americans, that come early, that stay late, that love the game of basketball. I am biased towards those guys. And I’m biased towards Rob Hummel. But I’m also biased towards their habits, their work ethic, and how they carry themselves."

I don't think Davis will bounce around the D League.....but nowadays, you can start in Europe and end up in the NBA.

IMO, Yogi will stick somewhere for a little while. Williams, I don't know.

He's going to have to find an offensive game. With the way he's played this year, no chance.

Injury has something to do with that. His numbers are actually pretty similar to last year, he's just played fewer minutes.

No. But I also thought ET wouldn't ever earn an NBA pay-check either. Would like to be wrong again.

Maybe so.

He's a really good college defender, particularly last year. However, by NBA standards, he's not laterally quick and he isn't athletic. You have to do something extremely well to make it in the NBA, and I don't think he ever scratches the surface. I could see Hammons, Haas, Swanigan, and especially Edwards making it to the Association one day, but I don't think Davis has a prayer.

I don't see it. Starting to seem like he's pretty close to his ceiling already...and I wouldn't call him a NBA talent at this point.

He might be an NBA all star if he plays like this more often. Unconscious the first 7 minutes of this game.
