| Welcome to Our Hoosier Board! Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions. Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful. Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine! Well, the first news I read each day is CNN, then Fox. Gotta read both ends of the spectrum! So to state that only conservative press is saying anything is wrong. Personally, I think he should go. Obviously you don't. so it goes. Bush attended Rehnquist's funeral. I don't remember how it was portrayed in the press, but I'm sure it wasn't all positive. Edited by rkl15, Feb 18 2016, 09:19 PM.

CNN is not the diametric oppsite of Fox. MSNBC is. You are wasting your time reading Fox, just like you would be if you read MSNBC. If you want to talk about who is playing politics, then address the fact that hours after Scalia's death McConnell and Cruz were making statements that congress should deny any appointee Obama would make. Biden -- who has a close relationship with Scalia's family -- attends the funeral and Obama attends the public viewing. Anyone questioning that is just playing politics. |

Politicians playing politics? Sounds like a good idea. They ALL play politics. They are ALL guilty of it. As Obama has said, he is now sorry for the filibuster he and 23 other democrats ran against Bush's nominee Alito. The votes were already there to nominate Alito, so they were playing politics. It's what politicians do. Again, I don't care if Obama goes or not, but I think it would be a good idea. Glad Biden is going, and yes I knew they had a close family/church relationship. |

Somebody needs to have their political spectrum re-calibrated, and stop spending so much time reading MotherJones, etc. rkl has it right. |

Obviously you do, or you wouldn't have brought it up nor expressed your opinion on it. |
