  • Hey guys
Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

Hey all,

Hope you have been well. Sorry for the absence, my family was dealing with some crappy stuff. But, I am pretty happy to say my father has defeated throat cancer.

I have to admit I had never been as depressed as I have been the past 4-5 months, but things seem to be turning around and hopefully I can post on here.

Also, go Hoosiers! B1G champions!

Good to hear you're back!

BTW, your assistant computer AI coaches for your PC Stellar Maryland Terrapins coached your team to a 19-7 record in the double round robin portion of the regular season, good for a tie for third. You are already qualified for the PC Stellar NCAA tournament (minimum of 14 wins in conference and BTT tournament needed). You are the 4 seed in the BTT with a double bye and will play the winner of 5 seed Indiana and 13 seed Rutgers.

If you want to get your plans in for Maryland for either the BTT or the NCAA tournament, I'll put them in play whenever you have them. If not, your assistant coaches will continue to look after your team in your time of need.

No need to apologize, Tim. I've had a few absences along the way myself, sometimes real life demands precedence. Really sorry to hear about your dad, but it sounds like he's made it through. That's fantastic!

Anyway, good to see you back with us. 😊

Glad to have you back, Tim! Great to hear the news about your Father overcoming the cancer.

My family is going through a similar struggle, as my Grandpa has been diagnosed with lung cancer, and is undergoing his 2nd round of chemo this week.

Being a part of OHB has helped me/is helping me through a difficult time. Love my "OHB Family"!

PC Stellar NCAA tournament will be in about a week. Maryland will probably be around a 4 seed.

Funny thing is that after the computer AI had Maryland finish tied for third in the conference at 19-7, they then went out and won the BTT to finish up at 22-7.
