Sorry if I come across that way, Aaron. Might be a NW thing. Honestly wasn't trying to make some over the top comment on Georgia. It is true that the state has been a non-factor for nearly my entire lifetime, especially considering it has voted with a 5+% differential for two decades....which spans 4 more years than I've even been allowed to vote.
I'll try to be a little more subtle in future posts.

I'll try to be a little more subtle in future posts. Again Brian, it's been a non-factor for 66% of your life. That's not "nearly entirely". Have you applied for a position with either the Clinton or Trump campaigns? You're a great fit for either.

The body knows what fighters don't: how to protect itself. A neck can only twist so far. Twist it just a hair more and the body says, "Hey, I'll take it from here because you obviously don't know what you're doing... Lie down now, rest, and we'll talk about this when you regain your senses." It's called the knockout mechanism.

georgia has voted for the Dems once in my lifetime. I'm not sure what "in play" means to you, but margins greater than 5% doesn't define "in play" to me. You're starting to sound like Lloyd Christmas when it comes to your in play favorable odds.
Georgia is in play now. That's once. It was a 1% margin in 1996. That's twice. Dems won in 1992. That's 3 times. So even if we use your conveniently cherry picked number of 5% and exclude 2008, Georgia has still "been in play" (your words not mine) 33% of the time in your life. Are you seriously this stupid or just unable to admit that you spoke without thinking.
Not sure why you are so upset about this. Also not sure why you are counting this year in your total when he was talking about being surprised that it was in play this year.
I feel like aaron has been getting upset about kind of weird, mundane things lately. And the name calling has reached a new level. Not sure what's up, but I hope it turns around for you soon, bro.
I get tired of Brian's bullshit. He spouts out incorrect statements all the time and acts as though he's so enlightened while he talks down to people with opposing views. Fact is, if he wasn't so liberal, you would be calling him out on this shit also. I don't think it's wrong to call anyone out for something. Lord knows I've called out my fair share of posters on here and have been called out by them as well. Fact is, I'm the one who made the first comment about being surprised Georgia would ever be in play. By all means feel free to call it out. This could be misinterpretation through the internet, but it just seems like you're pissed about it too. And someone saying Georgia has never been in play seems like a rather mundane thing to get pissed about. We used to have heated conversations about George Zimmerman and racism and abortion. Now it's about whether Georgia has ever been play? What?

No facts, and ridiculously biased left-wing opinion with the attitude that anyone with a more conservative or traditional view on anything is a backwards idiotic bigot. The georgia comment was yet another example, and that is the approach that I get pissed off about.....I get pissed off about it everytime I see some pundit act the same way, but I don't have a forum to call them out like I do here.

And I assume you are not talking about me, because I don't really have a "other side" to talk about. I'm probably have the most unique stances on here given my libertarian leanings. I agree with the left on war, drugs and the death penalty and the right on most economic issues, guns, and a few others.

Traditional Blue states are more racist than traditional red states. I'm not even going to make a statement that red states have more racism. But since you are making a claim, then support it.

Just came across this from http://www.cnn.com/2016/08/16/politics/donald-trump-hillary-clinton-landslide-loss/index.html and couldn't help but chuckle.
- Quote:
-
"At this point, a landslide is a real possibility," said David B. Cohen, political science professor at the University of Akron. "The fact that reliably red states like Georgia, Arizona, and Utah are in play point toward a huge potential triumph for Hillary Clinton."
Excuse me while I slink back into the shadows...
