Welcome to Our Hoosier Board!

Most of the posters here have been around for nearly a decade now. You'll find their knowledge and insight to be second to none. We have a really strong community and value everyone's opinions.

Feel free to jump into any thread and voice your opinion with conviction. We love heated debates and even some fanbase ribbing from time to time. We pride ourselves on the lack of moderation needed to make this board successful.

Please remember that we have been around many years and have an astute ability to tell the difference between an immature, childish, trash-talking troll and a passionate fan voicing his or her opinion. It is at the discretion of Jazen and myself whether any moderating actions should be taken at any given time. It's a very, very rare thing. In other words, no worries....you'll be fine!

Cheers,
sirbrianwilson

In what order would you prefer each of the candidates in in comparison to their competitors in their major parties if they had ended up winning the nomination and then the election?

Note: this is not meant to be an exercise in saying 'I wouldn't ever for candidate X' or 'this party's candidates are all better than the other party'.....it's meant to have you rank, in order, what preference you would have IF they were elected compared to other candidates in their own party.

Let's include only candidates that received at least 100 delegates: Republicans Trump, Cruz, Rubio, and Kasich, and Democrats Clinton and Sanders.

My list:

Republicans:
1. Kasich
2. Rubio
3. Cruz
4. Trump

Democrats:
1. Clinton
2. Sanders

Same, except I probably would have put Elizabeth Warren #1 on the Dems side.

You're changing my rules. :P

If I were allowed to put another candidate in, I would add Ben Carson in and put him last on the list.

1) literally anyone else
2-99) various animal species
100) Hillary and Bernie

Surprisingly (or not) my Republican list is similar with Trump in the last spot

"Liberal, shmiberal. That should be a new word. Shmiberal: one who is assumed liberal, just because he's a professional whiner in the newspaper. If you'll read the subtext for many of those old strips, you'll find the heart of an old-fashioned Libertarian. And I'd be a Libertarian, if they weren't all a bunch of tax-dodging professional whiners." - Berkeley Breathed
