Lately I've been doing pushups every day and running outdoors to keep in shape. Is there anything I should add to this routine or am I good?? lol btw I'm sore as fuck and I love it! My boobs are hurting and I can feel the soreness a lot in my abdominal area. I think I can actually do this. :DD

I don't have time to workout, but if I did I would.

I'm in college full time and still working a part time job. I REALLY wish I had time but I don't.

What's the point? You build muscle, and it all goes away if you don't work out all the time.

I like walking to places instead of driving because vehicles make me feel ridiculous and nauseous. I don't feel I need to do any more than what I do, especially if I'm healthy.
