Torfaen is a county borough of Wales within Monmouthshire. The name comes from the Welsh words for rock breaker and refers to the river which flows through it. The main centres of interest in Torfaen are Cwmbran, Pontypool and Blaenavon. Blaenavon is now a world Heritage site. This means that it has been recognised by UNESCO as a historic site that is worthy of preservation. It is also a site of great natural beauty. Gym in Cwmbran |
