Eh. Time escape me and I edited it slightly. I pretty much removed calling it ruins. But debre etc etc.. And instead of cellars he saw an opening which he then went to make it larger enough for him to squeeze through. So Yeah. Laters going back to work. Just noticed I called it ruble... hah.. not Russian currency. I just have to change that word later. See ya. Edited by Masterwolfie, Jun 19 2011, 04:07 PM.

People who think they saw kurop or guardians have describe them which given birth to many paintings of legends and myths. The Church of the Guiding light is full of painting of kurop and the guardians. Wolfie is often describe as the Golden warrior. The hooded warrior. So any paintings of a winged hooded golden warrior is likely to be Wolfie. Maybe I should write out some of those myths and legends of all guardians and kurop. No, it's Val! Most people think of legends as legends and just see guy in hood with armor. I mean it's not hard to get golden armor and a hood in a world of adventurers. Admittedly if the armor is solid gold, what the hell is wrong with them haha. From Val's point of view at least, clearly the humans have some sort of bizarre sixth sense or something and is going to leave it at that. |

I think there is a history moment for the book of Lore which expands on this unwanted reputation. The Empire I recall went after the Well of life, almost sixty years ago. The events that followed is still fresh in the minds of the empire. And all who tried to help them. This is just a guess. I could be all wrong. Also I shall tag along with Phyron.

Sixty years?! It seems like only 2 weeks ago. Ahhhh those good old memories, back when Nocturne was still a young man. |

As I said on the absence thread, I'm going on vacation. Since Lara doesn't ost much, I don't think it'll be much of a problem to delay the attack on the embassy until I come back. As for Sharilyn, just say that she went wandering around, visiting the place. |

Sixty years is a long time for a world without mass communication or such. It's a very long time. That's roughly 3 generations of people and most people from 60 years ago are... Dead. No hospitals you see. I can see it being a legend. But Legends have a tendency to be misconstrued or exaggerated rapidly. That any man in golden armor and a hood is that recognizable to the entire masses of a foreign nation is a little hard to believe. I mean I'd buy it if this was Wolveshaven or some place that he actually was in fairly often. But this is across the sea a ways so.... |

Entire masses is not what I implied in the roleplay. I said only a few people recognized the Paladin or even see him. Also the Legend was born in the north it wasn't born in the south. North of Stormhaven in fact. If these guys didn't know of this legend I will be surprised as it involved stormhaven. Which will all be explored further in the book of lore later. Also Golden warrior is often a play on words. This misconstrued bit of the legend and myth. Wolfie's armor isn't golden at all. Actually it has a look of a it being golden tint from a distance down to his magical aura. The legend implies he wears an armor of Gold therefore a Golden warrior. You said people recognized him but only a few saw him. And I never said any directions at all since they are irrelevant. Though I'm trying to figure out how the Kurop are a legend yet are somehow instantly recognizable just by looking. And that would make that hood rather irrelevant wouldn't it? I mean he seems to be even more recognizable with it on then without it. |

How did people recognized him if only a few people saw him? You will need see them to recognized them. I'm sure I implied he was only seen by a few people and recognized by some of them.(Going to check after this post) A lot of people know the legends of the Kurop and that is down to the Guiding Light religion. He is more recognizable as a different entity then he is without the hood. Before the red moon event without the hood on. Nobody barely nobody knew he guarded the Well of life. Until the events at the arena. Only the people at that arena and those who may saw his face directly during the escape of Wolveshaven. Would know he guarded the well of life. The Golden Warrior Legend is largely known as the Kurop who stopped the greedy empire getting the Well of life. Edited by Masterwolfie, Jun 20 2011, 11:58 PM.

Definitely needs to wear a different hood. mean the guy's basically the new Justin Bieber with an alter ego as one of the Kardashians. Puts on the hood everyone goes ooo, there's the paladin! Takes off the hood everyone goes oooo it's the Guardian of the Well! And I just go these people need to stop watching so much TV, they're seeing Kurop everywhere. |

False sightings and copy cats are part of life. The Empire use to chase every lead until they met only fakes after nothing and fakes. One believed real and jailed then the jail guy died unsuspectingly. TV? WHATS A TV? And you got it mixed up. Hood = Golden warrior guy who plagued the empire sixty years go. Believed to be the one guarding the well. Withouthood = I'm just a guy! Honest really. Oh god that's like a superhero alter-ego. Edited by Masterwolfie, Jun 21 2011, 12:17 AM.
