You wanted to see me what I would do with your character's bleeding effects. I was hinting at an odd turn of events. A conflict of different types of magic could give one the effects which Val experiences. Each type of magic is trying to expose the other from the body causing the bleeding. But what causes the hunger? Because I consider her an anomaly and the two types of magic within her are a natural part of her. So even if ones absorb by the Zura stone then it would return. A temporary solution.

The hunger is possibly caused by what allows magic exist in a mortal, if one is being pushed out then part of your body hungers for a replacement.

This is just random dribble but at the moment. But you probably can see what I view on Val's magic bleeding.

The general idea I see is that basically she expends so much energy just by existing, her metabolism is in hyper overdrive. However, her magic keeps her from starving to death and is pretty much nearly entirely wrapped up in trying to keep her alive as she expends it. So when something accelerated the drain of her very precariously balanced body, she began to rapidly starve to death. She's basically in a state of extreme starvation and has lost most of her muscle mass.

Whether it will return over time, well, depends if she can regain excess energy. I think she could probably eat the Dragon Queen currently and still be a little hungry.

As for why she bleeds so much in the first place, that could be as good as any reason haha.

The Zura stone is kind of useless if it effects everyone's magic. More of a double edge sword than the ancient super weapon I was hoping for. If the rock turned to dust when it hit him, shouldn't the dust still be having effect on Felix, and how did the other Fey suffer so much? You made it sound like it was just kind of gliding. I basically fired a musket ball at the speed of today's best high velocity sniper rounds, or the speed of a normal musket if we count the magic nullification into it.

This is why I was so glad Val intimidated her from shooting her. Frankly I doubt Val would have survived her even lightly socking her with a lead ball.

Also, Ksel is totally glad she wasn't near that.

But anyways. Drummy. Bosstanium. And you shouldn't have said that. Guns Can't Kill People, Drummy. Now that you made the comparison, you are useless. You won;t be able to do more than maybe maim a few mooks.

It's not useless to those wanting to weaken kurop. It's not useless to those who don't use magic. It was never attended as an ancient super weapon at all. We got enough of those already. It's simply a stone which absorbs magic from its surroundings. And let's see what happens when I post regarding Felix. I never intended to make it sound like gliding, if I did well. You know me crap at my own native language.

The other fey and kurop were effected as the stone acted like a black hole for magic it absorbs everything from its surrounding. Except those who were behind the citadel on the other side. Maybe somebody should investigate the stone more. Why not try and recollect fragments of the stone?

I say Val is going to turn Nihilus. She already is in some kind of way, but later she's going to prey on everyone's magic and life force used super necromancy and draining stuff like that.

And I place bets that Aarons will rescue Val.

I doubt it. Far too risky.

Also not likely beyond standard necromancy if that. Frankly she has enough magic power without leeching on others.

Yes yes very cute. However if she can actually use necromancy, she won;t have that hunger anymore most likely heh.

But she could have some special ability that doesn't require mana to consume both living and spiritual energy in order to keep her hunger in check.

Which brings me to a new subject of experimentation: Fusing a Zure stone with Val.

Someone better find/make a crazy scientist for that!

Keep her away from Slash. She''s already a walking void, we don't need more.
