YOU HAVE NO SELF CONTROL
YOU ARE A POLICE MAN
YOU DECIDED, BY YOURSELF, TO HAVE A DRINK, THAT YOU MOST LIKELY KNEW WOULD END UP YOU BEING DRUNK OUT OF YOUR TINY MOGLIN BUTT

AND THEN YOU COMPLAIN WHEN PEOPLE ARE QUESTIONING YOUR CHARACTER'S ACTIONS.

THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN ALRIGHT IF YOU HAD WORKED THEM IN LITTLE BY LITTLE, BUT INSTEAD YOU WENT FOR "jump the shark" APPROACH FOR THIS SITUATION.

Quote:

Original meaning was the point when a television series shows it has run out of ideas and must resort to stunts to retain viewer interest. Derived from a scene in the last years of Happy Days when the Fonz waterskied over a shark. Includes actions such as "it was all a dream" episodes, live episodes, lead actors playing guest characters, and putting entire cast into a parody of some pop cultural event.

THAT.

IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT YOU ARE.

YOU GOT DRUNK. ON POLICE DUTY.

DRUNK. ON POLICE DUTY.

It's stupid complaining about a characters actions unless they god-modding or totally out of character.

So in hindsight.

>Implying police haven't drunk on duty before.

Not everybody is a good policemen and I never implied Jimmy was the most outstanding officer lore has ever seen. Or a good one.

Which again raises the question that if you are not a good policeofficer, and are not even known to be one, how are you even in the team to investigate this if you have a bad rep in the force?

Admit it man, you screwed up trying to bring some twists to your character.

Turning the topic into "lol u guize I am so funny when I make a mistake' won't distract us from jumping on your neck for making a blunder.

Look who got it wrong. I'm a sneaky little *******.

Meaning I tricked my way into being a policeman. Or detective. Whatever.

Getting shot for being curious. Well I nearly did a lot in that pub. Hmm.

Also I don't think Metagaming will solve the problem. I've made no mistake which you all had to realize. I got drunk yes, Jimmy got curious about the drink. So the character got drunk on duty, big deal. It was part of my plans.
