Druid hmm? The third most powerful class it is! What would she prefer? Shapeshifter or caster archetype? All druids can shapeshift but does she want to become supreme at it, or focus more on her casting? |

Shapeshifter, she wants this to be tad different from her kaethos characters who's more into casting. She also want her name to be Lara Rose. Anyway before I take her off to a midnight surprise. No not what your thinking. I've posted in the rp. |

Okay. Shapeshifter is actually one of the strongest archetypes just because of how much damage it doles out. |

Sounds good so far. Also I suggest using her kaethos character height and weight.

Actually, I found a third archetype that I tested myself. It's the snimal companon one. Really dangerous around level 6.The giant crocodile is really dangerous, especially if the Druiid dies and he runs wild on the party...

Indeed, but i'm speaking of a Druid specialized in that. Like taking levels in the Beastmaster class. That class increase the power of a companion tremendously. |

True I suppose. It does let you have alot more actions which can hurt. |

Depends on the kind of animal you take. By level 6 or 7, I found that the giant crocodile or the rhinoceros were quite the rampaging beasts. One can lock foes in a grapple and damage them, the other charge unlike anything. With the spell that the Druid can cast at that level, it is really interesting. Imagine boosting something that is already powerful. Not only he can heal a fair amount of damage, he can boost his allies and companion. |

And turn into them at the same time. There's a reason the druid is the third most powerful class of 3.5 overall. And it's that it had so many powerful options. Shapeshifting combined with powerful animal companion combined with decent buff casting. The only reason it doesn't out do the Cleric is that the Cleric has better summons and defenses, and better healing. The Wizard of course is the wizard. |

Yay for wizards. Personally I found running a geomancer was fun, but it really comes into its own if your gestalting, since you can play it at level 4, and continue a base class along side it. running a cleric+wizard/geomancer = broken. lol. but thats if your running a gestalt game. Even in a regular game the geomancer is one of the best classes, considering it lets a wizard don heavy armor, increase his HD and base attack, continue gaining spells, and convert arcane spells to cure spells (or inflict). And you only give up two feats for all that. Plus you gain miscelanious stat changes along the way. And if your DM lets you pick which changes you get and lets you make your own changes based upon similar ones in the various drift levels... it gets really broken anyhow. As far as the best prestige classes go, its up there. lol |
