In that order... 1. Hmm. While I won't outright forbid it, you would really have to fit it in with the plot and be able to remain rather well hidden during the conflict. Well over 90% of the neutral parties are either assimilated by either side, or are killed. The governments want as few variables out of their control as possible. 2. I would estimate the early to mid 90's. (1990's that is) 3. Well, considering that the Shadow Plane is meant to be a paranormal (in a sense) version of Terra, some oddities do exist. However, I would prefer that the playable races be limited to the main three. 4. It would be unusual for someone to support the opposite world's government, but not unheard of. If you're talking about Planewalkers, they give their loyalty to whoever they wish. Both governments value them highly as they're the only means of effectively infiltrating the opposing plane. Although given that the majority of Planewalkers are loyal to the Rebellions, those who side with the corrupt government are usually hunted down. 5. A cyborg alone would be pushing the boundaries. The only probable reason I can see one existing is being an experiment of the Shadow government to combine the Terrans' technology with their own magic. However after reviewing your second question, a thought occured to me. I'll send you the details. |

So its after the fall of the Soviet Union. That makes my alleigience a little blurry for now. What's the world history like over there in the shadow realm? How are we stealing the other world's powers? Can planewalkers travel freely, or do they have to find rips in the barrier? If the later, can they detect the rips, or predict where and when they'll show up, and do they open and close randomly? |

Well, depending on how detailed of a history you want, it would take more time to answer that question. It varies with each side. With the Shadow side, its simply to steal any form of "higher technology" they can find in Terra(preferrably weapons of any sort) and attempt to learn how it works. With Terrans its slightly more complicated. Since they can only observe magic when Shadows use it, they kidnap any individuals who have demonstrated magical talents and take them back to Terra to be experimented on. Planewalkers can travel freely between the worlds. With normal individuals, rips in the barrier form in random locations for certain amounts of time that they can travel through. However both sides have begun to develop methods of predicting where a rip will form and how long it will be maintained. |

There isn't really a definite term as you could actually do something to recover the lost energy to use this faster. So if like I used this then went to have a Chicken bucket, food would give back energy so yeah. The cool down time to shorter naturally wouldn't you think? But out of respect I would just say every two hours, considering no RP creator has managed time flow correctly at date I would of course guess when or when I can't use this ability. if I use it too early, just throw a bridge in my direction or tell me. So Yeah every two hours. So outmatched by high members of the military... I figured thats normal. And my magic will be weaker in Terra... talk about leaving me with just a stick. Well I would have to rely having on the idea of tactics. Also my magic isn't actually powerful but more useful low level skills used effectively. I understand however. So theres a chance my skills will stop working in Terra. You need to make note of this during the rp. Either way done.

Fair enough. I'll view it the same way as Edd's "lucky" skill. As long as it isn't abused I won't need to drop a bridge. To be fair, you'd be fighting on their territory. It would seem natural that your advantage would be reduced. Still, I plan on making this very clear throughout the RP. Plus, it does work vice versa. Just like your magic can fail, technology also tends to malfunction while in the Shadow plane. |

I may drop the whole bullet time idea and not even use it. I plan to view it as the "save my ass button" which I don't intend to put my self in that situation a lot. Either way. The disadvantage to my magic in the Terra world can be worked with. So Yeah. I'm ready for the rp. |

Heh heh. Not that I blame you of course. I'm still skeptical about starting the RP at the moment. I would prefer to have BWN and/or Shadow. Then again, we WOULD have five people(myself included once I get around to making a character) on different sides. Hmm. Ah yes, before I forget to mention, this will be an "anyone can die" style RP(why else do you think I allowed for a miniature character sheet?). Although you'll only die/be maimed if you do something idiotic, such as try to be the big damn hero(ine). Edited by Captain Sappy, Mar 2 2011, 06:58 PM.

You think I'm that awesome as an RP'er? xD Well I might be a Terran planewalker.. would be a bit cliché though. Again, I'm not too keen on joining so many RP's at the same time. |

I think you show some potential BWN. You certainly seem like a better RPer than a few others I know... >.> <.< Cliches being good or bad is only subjective It's all about how you play it. Edited by Captain Sappy, Mar 2 2011, 07:10 PM.

Ahaha, just as I expected would happen from that statement. You all thought I was talking about yourself. In reality, I wasn't referring to any of you.
