You need a PKG file from the website and right after the download, paste that PKG file on the same folder you have the launcher and double click the launcher. The launcher will not download anymore and will just run like an offline installer. The PKG file is easier because a good download manager like ORBITZ or FREE DOWNLOAD MANAGER (through FLASHGET) can get the files without corrupting them even if your connection dies down, your pc crashes or anything else in between. Again, you are not a customer, you became part of the community.
