 Recommended:

1.) USE FLASHGET (a program that allows you to use your download manager even in firefox) This will make your program uncorrupted! Especially when downloading the PKG file.

2.) Use Orbitz downloader (a download manager or any download manager will do except FREE download MANAGER - some issues)
