Knuckle Master Posts: 824 Group: Forum Guardians Member #25 Joined: September 11, 2006	like i said, the guild will depend on each and everyone of us, i do have things in my mind 1.) some guys wanted to rank up so bad they keep on telling me about it. To remind is ok but to push me in doing so is another thing. 2.) ever since chester and zack's (maybe i should include toyota) dissappearance, me and zoudon are struggling to keep things together. New guildmembers are sometimes to hard to handle. Chester has a nack of assisting them so well. 3.) Guild-leavers. Chadley i think left us, so as Lilstreetboy (which is okay). Just recently, Dragonsninja left us as well. Some say there are just too much rules here in KIH. Well i say, u wont have any problem with the rules unless u break them. I'm happy to say that no one has broken a serious rule. I mean, these rules are ethical already, I just put it into writing. 4.) Sorry, I've been in such a losing streak with the guild, the website unupdated and I can't be with frosty and zou sometimes. For that I'm really sorry. There are just things i cant say now, you'll know it sooner or later. It's not about me but apparently it's not only chester who is having problems as of late. I have to be there for this friend as well. Also, I have been having bad days xD like that stupid dentist story, zou knows. 5.) Special ranks. I gave zou the avatar of hope as a title, cos he is the hope of the guild, he's always online and always helps, he is also a recruiter. Special ranks are ranks exclusive to a number of persons. For avatar special ranks, it's exclusive to 1. 6.) if you think i did something bad or decided wrong, i will accept my fault. I'm here to guide u and u are here to guide me. If no one guides me then we are screwed xD 7.) Im thankful to those who are still loyal to the guild, zoudon, frosty etc... I want you guys to know that you are keeping the guild together cos if not without u, i wont do a thing anymore xD 8.) events. My EVENTS suck. it's like newbie events. Well, i dont have money now, i spent it all in my armor. Sorry. If i get cash, ill buy a bow and start a good event. But of course we need more members. So get ur ass working and weed out the good people of eo and lure them in KIH. 9.) We are wandering around the top 70-100 spot in top 100 guilds. This is because we only have 28(+,-) members. I dont care if we are top or not there, that's not our goal. Our goal is to be the best not in experience but the reputation we'll be getting. 10.) the strength of our guild is brotherly love, training fast and our levels. we are not a newb guild 11.) the weakness of our guild is events, inactive or less active members and loyalty. 12.) we are so efficient in training, i didnt expect us to be in guild top 100 so fast. im also suprised with zoudon, chester and some others who train fast thats all i can say. Please keep these in mind as we improve the guild. Commenting will help us a lot, so reply
