In EO, grinding at level 30+, I gain about 70,000 experience for 6-8 hours of playing per day (talk about addict mode), but there are others who gain up to 200k. For talisman, the easiest way to level is by QUESTING. Check out the BULB icon below your mini-map. There, you can get various tips on how to level, click the first option which tells you the location of the quest. Get the quest, most quest will make you kill a bunch of monsters, some quests will make you kill monsters and get an important loot item from them, some quests will make you go to places. Most quests will give you good experience, energy for enhancing your talisman, and gold. Some quests will also give you items so you can level faster. Other tips: LOOK FOR A MASTER, an apprentice gains extra experience by reporting to their master everytime they level. The master gains exp as well. There are occasional messages in world chat from masters looking for an apprentice. An apprentice must be level 5-20 and he/she graduates at 30. At 30, you can now become a master yourself. Other rewards besides EXP are ENERGY and rare BLUE items which is mailed to you at levels 10 and 20. Then a green item at level 30 when you graduate. Grinding: You can grind at monsters with the same level as you. Green monsters are easy, gray monsters are very very easy, yellow is normal and red is hard or it is aggressive. The exp is bigger depending on the difficulty. Grinding is not recommended until level 25. Scenarios: Quests that you can repeat over and over are the quest you get for caves. This quests are meant for parties. FOr level 10 - Blood Eidolion Cave at Green Scarp is the cave for you. At 15, it is TIGER CAVE or RATTAN CAVE and at 25 it is TIDE CAVE or HALL of HAPPINESS
