The new guild demesne has the potential of making the Shintaro guild in TO much more active again. Currently, we have our own Demesne (which was 200g) with the following features (and will improve as soon as construction is finished):

1.) Guild Storage that allows all members to donate. However, leaders and presbyters can only get the items/gold back. So if you need anything you like in the storage, ask Evina, Pain or me.
2.) Guild quest - get a new quest with rewards like energy and exp. This will also help our guild grow!
3.) Donate for prosperity - when you don't have time to do the quest you can probably donate gold AS contribution value. 1g = 30 contribution value/prosperity.
*Your contribution value is important too, some stuff can only be accessed depending on your contribution value. So it's either quest or donate.
*the higher our prosperity, the higher the stuff we can construct for our demesne.

Currently under construction is for our level 2 guild status (which will increase our maximum members). But this construction takes 72 hours.

Next construction will depend on our prosperity but if nobody donates or helps us now, I'll just continue upgrading our guild quests.
