The first great snowfall of a few days prior has coated the lands in a shining white that many would say is beauty embodied. The trees glimmer and chime with ice on their branches, and the evergreens are more vibrant and lively looking than at any other time in the year. The skies are cloudless, and with nothing to insulate the earth, temperatures drop low enough to be dangerous for long amounts of exposure at night.

Inappropriate levels of cursing. This forum is a PG-13 environment, and the language will reflect that. Cursing is permissible in moderation, and is merely a fact of the times. Usage of the 'f-word' is forbidden. Cursing may only be done in character, and may not be directed at another member.
Arguing with a final judgment of a Staff Member. The staff is always willing to negotiate on issues, and to keep the forum changing for the better by listening to our members. Once a staff member has made a declaration, unless you have considerable reason to believe it is unfair or against the rules, you may not protest to another staff member about their decision. If you believe (and can support that belief) a decision was unjustly made, PM Alexiel Shinteiv or Enrua Lakuy and inform them of the situation.
Do not SPAM. Though it has several different supposed acronyms, the one I'm referring to is Stupid Pointless Annoying Messages. Remain in character in the RP, and remain on topic in the OOC forums.
Level 2 Infractions Punishment: 3 Warnings*
Flaming members or staff members. All members are entitled to their opinions (as long as said opinions do not break the rules), and unnecessary and unconstructive criticism of those ideas is not welcome. Similarly, in threads showcasing works of art either drawn, written, or edited, all criticism must be constructive. If any is deemed as being unfairly harsh or merely an attempt at insulting the artist, punishment will be dealt.
All advertising will be confined to the Advertising forum. You may put links/banners in your signature, but you will otherwise not advertise outside the appropriate forum.
Racial or religious slurs, intentional or not, whether in character or out, is utterly forbidden.
Plagiarization of any material from another RP, or any media at all, is strictly forbidden. Remember, the members of this Pokemon RP are a wide and varied lot, and the chances that you will be caught are exceedingly high.
Posting of links to, or direct posting, of pornography, or any reference/depiction of explicit sex is forbidden.
*Warnings - A member is allowed a total of 6 warnings. Upon the 3rd warning, a temporary suspension is issued. Upon the 6th, said user is banished irrevocably. If one has 5 or fewer warnings, over time without another rule breaking, the warnings may be removed.
These rules are subject to change at any time, and though we will try to notify you at such a time, never is "ignorance" of the rules an acceptable excuse.[/font]
