Season
Winter
Weather
The first great snowfall of a few days prior has coated the lands in a shining white that many would say is beauty embodied. The trees glimmer and chime with ice on their branches, and the evergreens are more vibrant and lively looking than at any other time in the year. The skies are cloudless, and with nothing to insulate the earth, temperatures drop low enough to be dangerous for long amounts of exposure at night.

The ice that has taken over the water has finally begun to thin; once it has melted entirely, normal naval activity can resume, as most ships are incapable of traversing such dangerous obstacles as enormous hull-piercing shards of ice. Most ships...

Name: Silas Ravenus Eissendor
Age: Preferred to be undisclosed (Biological Age: 25; Calendar Age: 20; Psychological Age: 23; Spiritual Age: 21-22. So basically, it's between 20-25)
Gender: Male
Country: Caledonia
Class: Vassal
Liege: Ana Adair
Starting Town: N/A *No fair!!! But it's ok anyway. I don't really care*
Chosen Weapon: Intricately-designed katana, a family heirloom (Hey Liege, I don't need your sword. I already have one...)
Appearance:
It was very peaceful that evening, and the moon shone brightly through the forest. One could hear the distant howls of the Poochyena and Mightyena in search of their food. Amidst the dense forest, there was a bonfire and a man named Silas deep in slumber beside the crackling flames. The man had brown spiky hair and a pair of midnight blue eyes. that went well with his fairly built body and fair skin. Beside him was a Growlith whom he named after Cerberus, the three-headed dog who guarded the gates of Hell.
Suddenly waking, Cerberus began barking at an old bearded man heading towards them. The man's appearance was akin to a hermit's due to his hair and clothing. Cerberus' master awoke yet pretended that his canine's barking left him unaffected. As the hermit approached, Silas surreptitiously moved to the hilt of his sword, a katana, which was fastened to his waist. The barking grew louder as the man moved ever closer. When the hermit was close enough to touch him, Silas moved to his feet quickly, unsheathing his sword and pinning the man to a nearby tree in one fluid moment.
"Who are you, and what business do you bring?" he entreated as he set the sword's edge against the man's neck, leaving less than an inch to avoid injuring the old man. The hermit calmly gazed into his eyes. His eyes swept to the young man's body to affix his gaze upon the dark ghostly flame of a tattoo on Silas' left arm.
"I didn't mean to disturb you from your deep slumber, young man," enunciated the matured man. "I am Ankor, and I live in a hut nearby. I'm certainly not a villain. I was about to go home after gathering medicinal herbs when I saw your campfire. I thought you were a Vassal, so I decided to check. As it turned out you were an adventurer. Did I mention I'm not a villain? So please put your sword away..."
His voice trailed off. Silas obeyed, sheathing his sword and releasing Ankor smoothly. The stern wearied look never left his face though his features softened slightly. "Forgive me for my earlier actions," he began, smoothening his black leather gloves which was cut in such a way to reveal his pale slender fingers. "My name is Silas Ravenus Eissendor."
Silas reached out to shake Ankor's hand. When the old man returned the gesture by grasping his hand, the man noticed the lad's strength from his viselike grip. "As expected from an Eissendor," admired Ankor, smiling at Silas.
Ankor offered his hut as a place to stay for the night. Silas, seeing no reason to refuse, gladly accepted the offer. Upon hearing this, Ankor led the way to his hut. Cerberus trailed after Silas whose black leather boots tramped through the oftentimes mossy ground. Cerberus stayed outside the hut, guarding the pair of men who dozed in the hut.
Personality:
Morning came, and Silas woke for his daily training. A rope round Cerberus neck kept him tied to a tree nearby, still sound asleep. After an hour passed, Ankor woke and Saw Silas training with his sword. He smiled to himself because he knew whose technique Silas was using. Calling out, he suggested that they all eat for the meantime. The young man agreed, and went inside the house to eat. After eating, Ankor challenged him to a game of logic. Silas agreed eventually though he had not played that game in a long time.
