She's into superstition...Umbreons and Claydols... Well...this is just a thought that occured to me, as my idleness was quite idle. You know the Zodiac, the sign things they use for Horoscopes? Can there be Pokemon that would correspond to that? Like Mawile or Girafarig for Gemini...or Mantine and Remoraid for Pisces (okay, so they aren't two identical fish...) but still.
She'll make you hold your big head, and go waddling in the rain... She'll make you live the crazy life, or take away the pain... Like a Horn Drill through your brain...
The easier one is that of the Chinese, since all of them are animals, anyway. Like this:
Rat - Rattata Ox - Tauros Tiger - (Is there a Tiger Pokemon?) Rabbit - Buneary Dragon - (So many Dragon Pokemon...maybe Gyarados, since this is Chinese?) Snake - Ekans/Seviper? Horse - Ponyta Ram - Mareep (the guy has no horns, but he's the only sheep) Monkey - Mankey Rooster - Torchic Dog - Growlithe? Pig - Grumpig? (Cat?) - (So many cat Pokemon...?)
So, what do you think? These are just some stray ideas of mine...maybe I think too much...^_^
Living the life of a Psyduck...living the life of a Psyduck...XD

I made that before, for a Fruits Basket themed character of mine. <__<;; Though I used Growlithe/shinx for the tiger and Poochyena/Houndour for the dog. I've forgotten already. XD;
But as for the Greek Zodiac, you'd be hard stretched, since there are a goat and a ram in there, with only Mareep as applicable =[

Neat little idea. Though personally, I'd put a Raikou down for the Tiger as well as Arcanine. They both kind of have tiger-like characteristics, though I see more in Raikou than in Arcie.
And for Dragon, a Dragonair or Rayquaza would fit in since they both have the long skiny bodies suited for the position and role.
And a Astrological one would actually be fun to make. Hard, but there are some Pokemon who can easily fit the bill, like Ditto for Gemini, Tauros for Aries, and Skorupi for Scorpio. ^^
Fun little idea. ^^ And I love the chart that Luna found. <333

The chart's cool. *proceeds to stare at it*
The final evolution of Mareep annoy me. Ampharos forgets to retain its sheepishness.
The Dragons, the Dogs, the Cats...we have so much of them. Raikou does look like a Tiger...although technically, he is a dog...and Arcanine too (though in my humble little opinion, Arcanine is a full-blown oversized dog). Shinx/Luxray is more feline, but he doesn't seem as...muscular. XD
I still like Mawile for Gemini. XP Tauros fits more for Taurus...and Aries is a ram, technically, so Mareep could fit that too. The goat is the great problem. Hahaha. Fakemon, anyone? (Sucky mind of mine's thinking Weepinbell for Aquarius...ahahaha.)
Oh, and the chart uses the other monkey Pokemon, Aipom. I didn't think of that.

For the Chinese, as odd as this may sound, if you go by Fruits Basket... the Dragon would have to be Horsea/Seadra/Kingdra. Because poor Ha'ri is a sea horse...
The rest are good thou.

Whivit's link was nice, it dazzled me, although it wasn't realted to the real world Zodiac. XP I got Magikarp and Gyarados. T_T
I wonder what could be for Libra and Capricorn and Sagittarius and Aquarius...XD
Well, Hatori does transform into a seahorse...and they have a legend where seahorses become dragons...
Aries - Mareep Taurus - Tauros Gemini - Mawile Cancer - Krabby Leo - Manectric Virgo - Gardevoir Libra - Scorpio - Skorupi Sagittarius - Capricorn - Stantler? Aquarius - Pisces - Mantine and Remoraid (Ophiochus - Zangoose and Seviper)

I think Leo should be entei. Manectric is more of a dog. Aquarius could be pelipper (carries water in its beak). Why would Pisces be mantine, though? I think it should be goldeen or seaking, they're the epitome of fish.

I just though Manectric was the lion because of the mane. XD Pisces...maybe I could just resort to two Finneon, since they are two fish, anyway. I hate Goldeen. XP
Pelipper, Weepinbell...XD

Actually, Luxray should definitely be Leo. o.o;
Weepingbell doesn't carry water in it, though. It carries... acid, lol.

It could still count...
Sagittarius and Libra are most difficult, look to specific pokemon in the anime for answers...
Sagittarius is the archer, so what pokemon in the anime showed the skills?
Libra may have to be two pokemon in perfect balance of eachother, that need eachother, like Slowpoke and Shellder.

Actually, as Libra is the scales, and the scales are not only a symbol of balance, but a symbol of justice, I'd suggest Lugia for Libra. As it keeps the peace between the Legendary Birds (literally referred to as a balance in the second movie), it makes the most sense to me, albeit a little more removed from the obvious symbol of Libra.
Just my thoughts.
