Guilds and Groups
Just as there are NPC-created and run guilds (like the Valkyries, or the Caledonian Army's 5th Company) members can create their own guilds and groups as well, with access to their own password-protected forum in order to discuss whatever orders of business their little groups desire. But in order to do this there is a strict system of attaining this status.
The Guild/Group Leader must meet in-character, in their story on the forum at least two other potential members of the guild and agree, in-character, to be a group of the name of the guild. When there are at least three people including the group's leader who have agreed in character to be known under this name, PM an Administrator and link them to both posts in which the members agreed entry to the group, and a forum will be provided as well as a password for that particular group.
If the number of active group members (members who have posted in their journey in the last 3 months) falls below 3, then forum will be removed and all threads will be archived. Be aware that all Administrators will be able to see the contents of your forums at any time, and all forum rules will apply. Also, agreement in the Free RP Area does not count as in-character. These must be in someone's story in order to count.
