The first great snowfall of a few days prior has coated the lands in a shining white that many would say is beauty embodied. The trees glimmer and chime with ice on their branches, and the evergreens are more vibrant and lively looking than at any other time in the year. The skies are cloudless, and with nothing to insulate the earth, temperatures drop low enough to be dangerous for long amounts of exposure at night.

Appearance: Jeremiah has long, dark brown hair that covers some of his face and blocks the sun. His grey-green eyes shimmer when light hits them, which looks kinda sinister. He wears a brown short-sleeved shirt with matching trousers and black boots. He also has a black hood that he uses when mugging someone. Under his hood he wears his leather hat and he wears his leather gauntlets on his wrists. Hanging from his neck a medallion with the letters "JR".
Personality: Unlike most outlaws of the times, Jeremiah has a good heart by most standards. He is extraordinarily kind and generous to his pokemon and he even has friends (but no one knows of them). He tends to keep to himself and stay in the back of crowds watching the actions of others. He has been called an observer before, a loner by others. He has tremedous trust issues branching from his childhood.
Biography: Jeremiah was born seventeen years ago on March 11 to Jane Redding. His father was a soldier for the Lascian army who died just weeks before his birth. Jeremiah had trouble growing up without a father. Unlike others who are raised by their mother alone, he became tough, and fearless, compensating for the lack of masculinity in his home. When he was about ten, his mother started to date again and every man she dated was abusive towards both of them. Until it got to the point where his mother finally killed herself to escape a cruel, evil man when he was twelve.
Once Jeremiah heard this he snapped and attacked his mother's boyfriend and crippled him. Ever since, no matter what, he was had nightmares about the worse day of his life: the day his mother died and the day he attacked a man and left his past life behind. He started going by Samuel and living off of whatever he found lying around.
RP Sample: The large and crowded streets of Eblana were perfect for the likes of him, an Outlaw. He had done this many times, always only getting what he needed to survive. Now, Jeremiah decided to try something else: an actual robbery. He waited in the shadows of a small narrow alley for his victim. He had been standing there for a half-hour with his hood up and his daggers out, when a stray man finally walked down the alley.
Finally! He thought as he stepped out in front of the man as he stood parlazyed. "Give me your satchel!" He commanded with his deep voice. "Just do it and I won't have to kill you," He said as the man handed him his bag. "Now, run while you still can. And tell no one!" Jeremiah shouted as the man took off full speed out onto the streets. With his reward in his hands, Jeremiah walked into a small pub and went to the backroom. He had a deal with the man up front, he could come back here once or twice a week and chill and the man wouldn't have to worry about a troublemaker coming in here.
Jeremiah looked into the satchel with a grin on his face as he walked out of the backroom. "Thanks, Barkeep. I'll be back soon." He said as he walked out of the pub. He finally had what he wanted: a pokemon.
