Natural Gas Exports to Mexico; Changing world and NG should reinvigorate Mexico

It's easy and legal to export natural gas to Mexico via pipeline and this happening, giving Mexico and NAFTA a leg up in the future. Cheap Natural gas from the U.S. will allow cheap electrical power in Mexico, coupled with rising labor cost in India, China and Viet Nam should reinvigorate the cloth and clothing industries as well as many other industries. Pipelines are far easier, safer and way cheaper than making LNG.

Thumper,
Why would Mexicans bother to come north if they can find good jobs near home?

I gotta call hogwash on part of that. Some do , most are just looking for steady work to support a family. If there was work in Mexico they'd stay home.

If the Libs would force the lazy bums here on well fare to work for their handouts, there wouldn't be job vacancies for the illegals to fill. &10

Thumper,
Post count isn't worth reading useless comments.

Undocumented work cheaper and take orders better than the "lazy bums"!

I look for a major return of manufacturing to North America starting in early 2017. Mexico's labor is at or below Chinese costs, it will have both energy and transportation security, which will start becoming major issues shortly. Higher tech manufacturing with a heavy emphasis on robotics will return to the U.S. and Canada.
