I build hot rods and classics all the time and I will not touch a new car. No desire

They all can't be bad, what about that Cube? Nissan Cube I believe. Seen one of those around here and looks kinda unique and awesome. Maybe sets alittle too low to the ground but aside from that.
A car can never be too low...............no desire to own a cube, freaky looking

OK, fine, looking on Youtube I found the problem with air bags to be a real one. But you don't understand, you never had several police agencies working together to destroy your life, or keep you in poverty. The only reason they don't kill me is because their fun would be over.
No one on here has ever claimed the air bag problem isn't real. It is. The question is one of risk assessment. How many people are killed by air bags vs. how many people have been saved by them? You assume a certain level of risk every time you get in a car. How much does that level of risk increase by having air bags?

I find your tale of "several police agencies working together to destroy your life" highly improbable; less probable than dying from a malfunctioning air bag.

A car can never be too low

It can if you live in where there are messed up roads, railroad tracks and harsh winter weather condisions. A low to the ground car don't last half a year around here. I don't expect to see the Cube last for too long.

But I do like that thing, looks like something out of "The Flinstones" i'd just want a lift kit on it Make it a monster Cube lol They should come out with a multi colored version and call it the Rubix Cube, lolx3, I kill me
you must drive like a chick

you must drive like a chick

If by that you mean carefully, and sometimes waiving other drivers to go on out in front of me, then yes. I am after all a woman driver, and not a dangerious dude driver with road rage yelling at anyone who might cut me off.
people that drive like you and waive ppl on are more dangerous then a faster driver.

Ok, here's my thing. I got the letter telling me the air bags in my car could kill me or worse, my passengers. Before that I never gave it any thought. It never occured to me there were even air bags in my car, I do use the seat belts.

Now I have confusion over if or not to do anything. Try to get the supposed problem fixed, or leave it alone and hope for the best. What if I take it in and get it back worse off? like with the messed up door on another car I had years ago. Or I could go one better and look into having them removed, the thought of those airbags exploding in my face is not a pleasent one, My face isn't much but I like it and would hate to see it mangled.

Far as the cops, or rather Sheriffs go, I've finally got to the point where I never thought I'd be in my life. In spite of all they have done to me. I do not suspect, do not think, I know if some of those same cops knew I was doing well, that things were going my way, they would do what they could within reason to change all of that. How else do you explain the loss of my home and all I had built up over a lifetime? How do you explain all the arrests and charges with no convictions?

The things I am accused of is so obsurd, they don't want a jury to hear it. Grocery shopping?, reading a book, things most people do every day, but I do it and it's a crime.
Have you been living in a cave? The airbag recalls have been going on for years and it's been in all the media. Millions of cars have been recalled. Here's one from last year:

Millions Of Cars Recalled Due To Faulty Airbags
October 21, 2014 11:29 PM By Meghan McCorkell

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — It’s a potentially deadly defect that could be inside your car. Federal officials have linked four deaths to defective airbags that can explode—sending shrapnel flying. Thirty more people have been injured. Now millions of vehicles are being recalled.

Never occurred to you that you have air bags? Have you looked at the owner's manual? Did you notice the air bag alerts on the sun visors? How about that "Air Bag" molded into the steering wheel?

At least it does explain your problem with the cops. They are not harassing you - they are protecting the rest of humanity from someone who appears to be the most clueless person in the world!

No one as claimed you were "making it up." The thing that amazes me is you were oblivious to the whole thing until you got your letter from Ford.

That's what happens when you're busy hiding from cops and making tinfoil hats , you lose track of whats going on in the world.
