You got a recall notice - the same as millions of other people. Why not just take the silly thing in and let the dealer deal with it? If you don't trust the local dealer, call one 50 miles away and have them do it. Or does your paranoia cover every Ford dealer in the United States? Good grief! This is something people have been doing for years. "I tried calling them and got nowhere." Tried calling who and got nowhere with what? |

It does not matter if you "have a dealership". Call any Ford dealer and you will be taken care of. I would certainly recommend that you not fool with airbags yourself! |
