Sharingan ONE: Sharingan one is something really simple, and relatively easy to give out. Sharingan one provides the ability to see chakra; this chakra is color coded, and unique to each and every person. The Uchiha is able to tell when chakra is being transformed to an element, and this may provide an advantage. Sharingan one does not dramatically improve the ability of someone to perceive anything. Sharingan 1 skillcard will grant T2 perception if they have T1 perception, if not, T1. Sharingan TWO: Sharingan two is a lot harder people to get and much more difficult for us to give out. Sharingan two gives all of the abilities of the previous tier, but it also allows the user heightened vision and perfect motion tracking. Additionally, this is when the Sharingan gains it’s most trademark ability as the copy wheel eye. It allows the user to copy taijutsu and kenjutsu moves or styles. They have limited slots, and if they wish to keep the move beyond 4 OOC days they need to purchase it; the technique is always and automatically half price for the Sharingan user, as if a teacher had taught them everything there is to know about it. Sharingan 2 skillcard will grant T3 perception if they have T2 perception, if not, T2. And the ability to copy a single taijutsu or kenjutsu move and [if desired] immediately learn it at full teaching discount or over the course of 4 days if the move is not overwritten. The user must be able to perform the technique they are copying. Sharingan THREE: Sharingan three is even harder for us to give out. The power that comes with this very very high and only people who have both a very powerful reason and are competent writers should be considered. Additionally they need to be capable of having a powerful moment when they progress to this tier. We saw Sasuke turn a fight around with it. In canon this allows you to predict your opponent's moves about a second or two into the future by reading muscle tension. Sharingan Three skillcard will grant you T4 perception if you have T2 perception; if not, it will grant you Tier 3 perception. It also gives you mild telescopic vision, like when Sasuke saw the nano clay against Deidara. Same rules apply from above. Matured Sharingan: This grants someone access to Izanagi, Izanami; it also is when we start customizing Sharingan for people. The scrutiny for getting this is even farther above Sharingan three. This also potentially unlocks Sharingan Genjutsu. If someone opts to go the perception path at this level, their Sharingan will automatically grant them T4 perception regardless of their perception tier. It also classifies the person as a straight-tomoe person in the future; their perception is superior to the other Sharingans. I’m not sure how to quantify this. Also gives them +1 dexterity, and it can overcap. If someone opts to go copy wheel path at this level, their Sharingan will allow them to copy elemental jutsu that they have the training for, and it follows the same rules as sharingan two’s copy, except all jutsu now stay for an OOC week. This does not work on jutsu marked as unique. If someone opts to go the genjutsu path at this level, their Sharingan will allow them access to the powerful, freeform sharingan genjutsu featured in the canon. This means that if someone looks into their eyes, they can lock them into their genjutsu and potentially knock them out. This genjutsu is very difficult to escape. At advanced levels, the ability to hypnotise tailed beasts may become available to them. Edited by Jumpy, Sep 3 2016, 10:27 PM.
