1. This is a ROLEPLAY(RP) GAME. If you’re unfamiliar with this term, this means that the objective of the game is very simple; play a character. A role-playing game is a game in which players assume the roles of characters in a fictional setting. Players take responsibility for acting out these roles within a narrative, either through literal acting or through a process of structured decision-making or character development. 2. Please don’t spam OOC with emoticons, they’re a privilege not a right. Ray is the monkey. 3. This is a game inspired by the manga Naruto written by Masashi Kishimoto. Players should be fairly familiar with the setting, and should understand that their name should fit into the setting. ‘Bandit Keith’ is not an acceptable name, but a name like Kise Akechi would be. If your name is inappropriate you’ll receive a whisper from an admin asking what you’d like your new one to be. Please do not name yourself after characters featured in Naruto or other popular manga or anime. 4. You may not perform actions without roleplaying them first. You may not grab someone or something, post a roleplay, and leave without providing others in the room a chance to respond. You may not god mod -- the act of controlling another player's actions -- nor may you metagame, which is the act of taking out of character knowledge into in character actions. 5. Do not spam GM Help. Staff may not always be around when you are asking for help. Generally, players shouldn’t send in the same GM-Help request more than once an hour. 6. You must have the first elemental training perk before you are allowed to log for relevant elemental jutsu. At creation, every character rolls their elemental affinities, and the use of chakra paper will reveal them to you. For advanced elementals such as wood, ice, storm, etc. a player must have express permission from administration staff prior to logging for it and meet the requirements detailed in the specialization guide. Some clans have special rights to certain advanced kekkei genkai. Only Senju can unlock mokuton. Only Yuki may unlock Hyouton[Ice] release. Only Hagane may unlock Ranton[Storm] release. 7. You may only use one jutsu per turn, unless explicitly stated otherwise. 8. If your character is under the age of ten, they may not be allowed to be progress, or face slower progression otherwise. The suggested age range is between 12 and 15 for original creation. 9. Using ghetto speak such as 'Bruh', 'Fam', 'Raw', 'Nigga', 'Finna' is forbidden. Acting like Killer Bee is okay. Acting like Chief Keef is not. Remember to stay true to the setting and stop breaking the atmosphere with our modern slang. 10. You can’t be an animal hybrid. No neko tails. No dog ears. No kitsune tails. Everyone has to be 100% human without special permission. 11. The Eight Gates and the Seven Heaven Breathing Method are locked exclusively to taijutsu fighters. This means that they may not have any serious ninjutsu or genjutsu 12. Doujutsu such as Byakugan and Sharingan may not be kept constantly active. Byakugan causes eye strain, and Sharingan, while consuming very little chakra while in use by an Uchiha, will automatically shut off if the user is low on chakra. On non-uchiha, the Sharingan eye is extremely taxing on chakra, and must be covered up entirely to avoid draining out. The Sharingan may not be turned on or off by non-uchiha. 13. Kawarimi doesn't exist in this universe. Don't use it. 14. If your opponent is going AFK during a battle then you may contact an admin the moment they do. The admins will come as soon as they can and handle the situation accordingly. 15. Death avoiding is considered extremely foul and pointless on Road to Destiny. If one is caught death avoiding, with obvious proof, they will be punished accordingly. 16. When entering a combat situation, you must wait two rounds from the last roleplay since you arrived before acting. If you have crossed a map recently, you have to wait four rounds instead. 17. Combat movement speed is decided first by character letter grade, and then by perks. The sum is the character's total movement speed in battle per round. Diagonal tile movement only counts as one tile.
18. If two jutsu of equal rank from shinobi of equal skill level clash, the one with an elemental advantage wins and is empowered. (Elemental Advantage > Elemental tier > Jutsu grade; Unless there are 2 grades of difference for the elemental tier or the jutsu grade, then, those take priority) Keep in mind the relation between Wind/Fire and Water/Lightning. 19. Please treat injuries with respect. If you were knocked out recently, you shouldn’t stand up to fight a few rounds later. If you have an injured limb, don’t roleplay it as though it is at one hundred percent. 20. If you make into a clan solely to reap the benefits just to desert your village without a strong IC reason, your surname will be taken, and you will be forced to be a non-clan. 21. Handseal Rules:
22. Using any item requires that you have it in your inventory OOCly as well. You cannot use something you do not have, and you can’t use more than what you have. Every item being utilized as a weapon, provided it’s a ninja tool, needs to be placed down for everyone to see. Explosive tags can NOT be picked up after they’ve detonated. 23. Explosive tags can only be thrown FOUR per round in any fashion. A single explosive tag is NOT enough to kill someone. Of course, the closer the tags are, the more damage is done. Use Common Sense. 24. You cannot walk on water without tier one chakra control when lower than D+ in grade. Edited by Matthew, Feb 9 2017, 01:37 AM.
