What has been your current involvement in The Ragerian Imperium to this point and what have you done in past regions? In addition what other regions are you a part of what positions do you hold in them? |

I have had not been involved in any political area of the Ragerian Imperium so far, though I am looking to change that. I currently hold the position of Supreme Justice in The Galactic Order, though I am looking to resign in the near future. I have held the position of His Majesty's Judge in Dythinia, though I stepped down and became a crown justice, comparable to a justicar here. I also have some jobs unrelated to the judiciary, such as ambassador, senior integrator and moderator. Admittedly, I haven't done much in Dythinia, apart from helping out with the court procedures. In TGO, together with Justice Caesar and Justice Vac, later replaced by Justice Zel, I authored the current court procedures, the criminal code and defined a lawyer system that will be used more in the future. In addition, as TGO is a region with many court cases, I presided and finished multiple cases. Unofficially, I advised on multiple aspects in TGO to help it become the region it is now. I also briefly started my own region and wrote a constitution, though with the leave of the other sovereign, it never got off the ground. I am looking forward to serve under Aav and hope to have my experience in the field put to use. |

How does TRI rank in your priorities of regions you are a part of and how will it change if you are approved as a justicar?

Well, as I hold a position similar to chief justice in TGO, that is my priority for the moment. My resignation will hopefully be a thing in the near future, moving this to top priority in the sense of "jobs" to do. Being a justicar here doesn't change anything to that, though. |

In a hypothetical situation where there is a treason case open against the Emperor, and he is clearly guilty, and you convict him, but he pardons himself, what is the (in your opinion) proper response to this? |

As Smith already said, the CA has the power to overturn this with a 3/4 majority as per the constitution, Article 1 section 7. As that is quite the unoriginal answer, another course of action is using the criminal code, section 7: using your power to evade a sentence is corruption, of which a guilty judgement removes the emperor from office, preventing him from overturning that punishment. Additionally, in case this happens, the emperor can also be tried for section 16 article 8 in the criminal code: avoiding punishment, punishable by a permanent ban. Thus, using both the criminal code and the constitution, there are multiple ways to resolve the situation. |
