1. This Act shall be known as the Regional Tags Act.

2. The Grand Councillor is responsible for managing the tags shown on The Ragerian Imperium's regional page.

3. The following regional tags must not be added to The Ragerian Imperium's page: "Defender", "Totalitarian", "Fascist", or "Mercenary".

4. The following regional tags must not be removed from The Ragerian Imperium's page: "Invader", "Regional Government", "Roleplayer", "Offsite Chat", and "Offsite Forums".

Okay so we need to format this better.

Since discussion over a week's time has been slim to none and the formatting barely qualifies this proposal as a bill in its own right, I motion the Assembly to remove this from the floor.

Caesar, apparently you just copy/pasted this on three bills. Instead of doing that, why don't you come up with some ways to fix the issues. Also, helpful note for you: Formatting is not a requirement for a bill. If your issue with a bill is aesthetics, just mention it. Or, if it's such an issue, just post a formatted version. Don't just post "and the formatting barely qualifies this proposal as a bill", because the formatting of a bill has no bearing on it. Don't like it? Write a legislation template act. Don't try and motion things that don't exist. We do have an assembly procedures act. I suggest you read it.

I’d like to second this motion.
As mentioned in the discussion channel, we don’t need a law to dictate the tags and given the lack of incentive by anyone to further the discussion on this beyond the few comments above which didn’t amount to much.
Formatting does in fact make or break proposals. You don’t need a template to determine whether or not a bill is worth having into law. Bills that are just lists aren’t worth voting on much like discussions before an actual proposal have no place on the voting floor and belong in the discussion area or the discord channel.

To follow up on what Madeline has said, I can motion anything being a part of the Assembly, as, is, my, Assembly, right. Because a law does not exist for motions to archive, does not mean it cannot be done. If I feel that it is within my right to motion to remove inactive bills from the floor to make space for new ones with potential, I will freely exercise that right as I can, lest there be a law taking it away from me.

Secondly, the Assembly procedures you bring up do not exist and thus proves your degree of attention into regional matters, quite shameful. The Assembly Procedures were an edict made by Emperor Vult. However, in the Assembly discussion room in Discord I asked why the Court Procedures edict by former Emperor Scott were replaced by the flimsy inattentive court procedures we have now. The majority answer was that edicts/laws that were made pre-Constitution were nulled and rendered obsolete. Since the Assembly Procedures was made edict on April 27th and the Constitution was ratified on May 20th, your argument is invalid. I do my reading and pay close attention to it, Chief Justice. Why is it that you fail to do the same?

The copy of the constitution in the archive is not the original. When the forums were reorganized, the original copy was either deleted or archived by Emperor Vulturret. The APA was edicted into law after the constitution. Ask Eli if you don't believe me, Caesar. Apparently you haven't read as closely as you think you have.
EDIT:
The constitution was edicted into law on 4/3/18. Learn to read a fucking post title.

The APA was edicted into law on the date of April 27th, a whole 24 days after the Consti was edicted in on the 3rd.

We may not have decorum rules Mr. VerinHall but I suggest you watch your language.

Either way these discussions above have nothing to do with this bill and as such do not belong here.

If the Speaker could please archive or shed some light on the current dilemma we are in, I wold be in great appreciation.

The Speaker can hold anyone in contempt if they feel they are.

Not looking for contempt Mr. Hesial, I am asking for the Speaker to shed light onto the motioning which has occurred and do something about it.
