RULER!!! Posts: 8,915 Group: Members Member #4 Joined: February 12, 2006	I wouldn't have thought Scott would have let JM have full admin access after what happened in the last couple of weeks. I know at the very least he has prevented JM from being able to ban ppl. In the admin settings theres only 1 thing I can think of that would cause the board to go down and thats a "Forums On/Off" setting. Even JM wouldn;t be dopey enough to fiddle with that, surely. Possibly changing the board name would break the link between it and the URL, but I did that myself here and all was well.

When the charter was broken, whats the point of going on, we were given a set of guide lines, and by n large, stuck to them, then the big brother mentality, of I know what should and can't be said took over, fruckin everything up.

There aren't realy all that many to tell the truth, but people have to stick by them, after all, you have to agree to them to sign up in the first place.

As an afterthought he offered that he'd have turned it over to me if he'd saved it, but it's gone. This does leave us with the The Ban Clan Einstein team in the lurch. Any ideas Z? I don't know how to contact Johnny Fist, the rest of us are reachable through SysOpt to deliver the news, but obviously not Johnny.

Hell, I'm still crunching for the team. He can even moderate an Einstean Team forum thing here if he wants. Would seem a waste to loose all those points, and I don't bear anyone any grudges. I'm guessing it was him that registered www.thebanclan.net, so perhaps he could forward that URL to the Einstean tream page so at least the URL wouldn't be wasted.

My wife's life insurance check came in today and her lovely little daughter wants a fucking handout of a couple of grand. The bitch lives in my house, is 22 years old, is an unwed mother and thinks I owe her something. I owe her something alright, a for sale sign in front of my house. I lost my wife, I have no use for a 5 bedroom house when I could live very comfortably in a 2 bedroom house. Lower utilities, no fucking mooching adult kids. and a bedroom to spare if I ever decide I want to let someone stay overnight. They are going to move out because am selling this joint and they ain't coming with me. My little girl is 16, if she wants to come with me to West Virginia that is fine, if she doesn't I will sign her over to her aunt and she will take care of her. Becky's sister Bonnie is almost as fine of a woman as Becky was. Not nearly as pretty, but a damned fine person. The kid doesn't want to leave her school and her friends, and I can drive down a couple of times a month and spend the weekend with her. I don't want to uproot her, but I can't keep this house because the 21 and 22 year old will not move out unless I sell it or evict them. I'd rather sell it. I have a hard time sleeping in "our" bedroom because the bed is empty. I freaking hug a pile of pillows at night trying to fool myself. It works for awhile but then the pillows don't fart. <_< If I had known how short my wifes life was going to be I would NEVER have started something like the ban clan. I promise you guys that.

Something like this can either bring out the best in someone, or the utter worst. Take the high road. It might sting a bit but at least you'll be able to look yourself in the mirror in a few years time when things start getting 'normal' again.
