You can only access the secondary router's closet door from inside of it, but since the secondary router is inside the main router, you can access the main closet door as well. But if you're only in the main router, you can't access the secondary's ip configuration page because you can't see it. Otherwise anybody could get into any router way too easily. That's called a firewall. There is might be a remote configuration procedure for that router, you'd have to look.
