Main reason I was gonna level WHM is because when I did one of the bosses as a drg, essentially all I did was angon it and sit in a corner. It would be nice for me to have another more useful job option in such a scenario, so I figure that whm would probably be more useful to the group. Although in general I would say a drg is useful for the rest of salvage, especially because if my wyvern is already out when we enter it stays out and it deals decent damage to the starting mobs while I and other non hand-to-hand dd's do 0 damage/miss until weapons are unlocked. Although nin would be handy if we have a lack of mnks. And about the body thing, yeah I know about the price, but if I can get my hands on the 35 piece then im more than willing to devote all my time into getting gil. I am too lazy to have started gardening yet, but with my mules and some strats I have been told I could pull in a few thousand a week. Plus im sitting on 20000+ IS, 100000+ CP, over 100 beastman seals and kindred seals, have a chance of getting organics from znms, plan on getting rank 10 all nations which will get me 750k more, and I have 1-2 million gil in DRG + NIN + random other job gear that can be sold if needed. Way I see it, I am already pulling in 50-300k a week without trying too hard and doing random crap with people, and if I give myself a reason to I can gather it in about 500k+ a week. Although I dont want to supject myself to that kind of torture unless I get the drop first. For a bit of calculations, prices WERE 850k-900k-ish each, but over the last couple days they jumped to 1mil... So assuming they go back down to the previous price, 12 ingots would be 10.2-12 million. Assuming I can get 500k+ a week, that would be about 20 weeks of nonstop gil raising. If they stay at 1mil each, it would take me an extra 4 weeks. Or i can sell a good bit of my gear off to reduce it by 2-4 weeks.
