A summoner can solo it, so if you are really desperate for points I would recommend finding someone with it leveled that wants to get points from Ilrusi Atoll or rankup something. A lot of the PSC missions are gonna be rough with 3, when I went through them we always went with 6 and some were really close. With 3, you can probably do the one I mentioned earlier and the mamool one(probably will be able to find people to do this one, since amir boots are real nice for dd's) pretty easily, the other 3 assaults will prove to be fairly difficult with only 3. If you still need people in like 2 weeks I could help, I should have my runic key by then unless nyzul decides to screw with us.
