I've now changed it so that guests may view but not post of start topics, nor may they upload anything, I'm also now requiring people to validate their accounts when joining . This may be a little inconvenient for some users, meaning you have to log in now before posting anything, but hopefully it will help, I'll be IP banning these spammers also if I can ^^
