Little Questions; Questions about the forum that might not warrant their own thread

I thought this would be ok for smaller, not so important, but site related questions that don't really fit in anywhere else.

My question:

What are those 5 little red-ish orange squares for, under our name and avatar (and other stuff like post count and member number) on threads? I've notices people with green names (admins) don't have them?

So I wanted to post a topic in the sims forum asking people what was going on in their game before they decided to reset the neighborhood or the game was lost. But I don't know if that would still fall under the already made topic what is happening in your game.

Kind of does. They both discuss "what is happening in your game" as primary basis of discussion.

GP, to create a new topic, go into section of choice, then into subsection and on top right you will see blue "new topic" button.
