Basically:

~Yay Tinker buff! I typically leave Rearm at 2 for levels, like, 12 - 24 so I love the change.
~Expect Lightning's PA playing rate to increase this patch, as well as his basher purchase rate as a result. Like he needed any excuse to build it more.
~Batrider Aghs upgrade hoo man. Kinda goes against his 5v1 design but it still sounds crazy. At least he has something to build after Force.
~Invoker buffs aaaaaahhhhhhh yes please
~Gutting of le metrosexual electrical mexican and le balanced disco goat and to some degree blodserker makes me happy
~Predicting Ogre as top-tier offlane this patch. He has hit "holy fuckshit" levels of balanced now.
~Idk how to feel about Techies. He's got a lot more map control with how flexible he's become in mine placement but he needs to be played somewhat intelligently now and can't ruin lanes as easily. Nevertheless I don't want to see them gone from the meta. I like having them around, not the same game without them.
~TB idefk. Way less ratty. More skirmishy. Reflection change makes him even weaker in laning, if that's believable. He doesn't look drastically different outside of Reflection tbh.
~What the fuck is this Undying aghs. RIP support Undying. He's actually somewhat legit with items now.
~Oh my gawwww cheaper TP scrolls praise Icefrog

Overall though this feels like one of the blander patches we've seen. Of course we need to wait for 6.86 when they said they'd have the crazier shit but a balance patch is fine. Just not shaking the game up like I feel the patches before it have done.

I do think the TB change makes him stronger in lane in the sense that slowing every enemy in a pretty large AOE should help him with escaping in some situations. Obviously with how squishy he is as a hero a 25% slow isn't going to save him in all or even most situations, but I do think it helps in that regard.

I do like the Phantom Assassin buff but I'm not sure how much it moves the needle on the hero. She's already pretty good during the laning phase for a hard carry and by the time you get a significant attack effect item (Basher) you're way past the point of constantly spamming dagger, though this may make her even better at chasing down heroes, especially if you eventually get a Skadi.

I like the change on Undying's Aghs. I don't really think this necessarily makes him more of a carry or core. While more base stat on the hero means more damage, he's still going to attack extremely slow, and at the end of the day you're going to get 30-40 base damage from even a really good Decay. I actually think the best part about it is how much strength you're taking away from the enemy and the strength Undying gains is mostly an afterthought. 10 strength is a huge amount of strength to lose, let alone if you stack more than one of those. I guess buying Aghs in general on the hero is more appealing now, though, so for that reason he's probably more preferable in the offlane now.

Nail on the head right there. He doesn't even need to gain the Strength for it to matter. Not only are you now taking 200 HP off all of them on every cast, this repeats, like, once every few seconds and before you know it he's this hulking juggernaut flesh golem with damage amp and slow aura. You'd need a significant mana item to pull it off (Soul Ring probably doesn't cut it given the 30 second cooldown), MAYBE Octarine works here or Bloodstone seeing as how you should be living through fights, I think Aghs rush would make you mana - starved too quickly. It sounds downright idiotic on paper which is why I'm sure in practice it's a little less than broken. But man, if he gets ahead then he can just TEAR through shit. Really interested in seeing where that takes him.

Buffs to sky is interesting, and I kinda agree with taking away the bounce to level 3 WD ult. now I have all the more reason to buy aghs every game >:) that is if I ever FUCKING PLAY AGAIN

- Fortune's End cooldown rescaled from 12 to 15/12/9/6
- Fate's Edict no longer amplifies incoming non-magical damage
- Fate's Edict now has normal purgability rules
- Purifying Flames cooldown reduced from 2.5 to 2.25

ORACLE BUFFS YUSSSSS!!!

Nuking combo is easier to land now but doesn't do as much damage. Fate's Edict not amplifying damage weakens Oracle's harassing. Although, since Fate's Edict follows normal purgability rules and is treated as a debuff, it should be removed after False Promise but you have like 0.5 seconds to cast Purifying Flames before it's dispelled and still cause damage. EDIT: Tested this out. It's hard to pull off. Better to heal before casting the ult.
