Tohoku Relief United Service Troops

History
Tohoku Relief Effort began 17 years ago as a charity organization raising funds for the victims of the Fukushima tragedy. When the borders of Fukushima Prefecture were closed, and the civilians were evacuated, Tohoku Relief provided support for the homeless victims, and assisted many of them into new homes across Japan.

The process was long and arduous, but ultimately very successful. This success garnered Tohoku Relief more support and increased funding. As the organization grew, they began turning their sights inside Fukushima, which the Japanese military had effectively quarantined.

Realizing the need for a organized militia force, the Tohoku Relief Effort established the Tohoku Relief United Service Troops. As of last year, TRUST has began carrying out operations inside the Fukushima Prefecture in large numbers. They are one of the most abundant mercenary groups found in Fukushima.

Objective
Although it is unsure what the Japanese government intends to do with Fukushima Prefecture, the Tohoku Relief United Service Troops (TRUST) are discontent with their lack of initiative. TRUST intends to secure and stabilize the Fukushima Prefecture, then begin returning the land to the people of Japan.

Although TRUST does not act aggressively towards Japanese Military forces, they do not consider themselves affiliated with the Japanese Government. Instead claiming to be an organizations "For the People, Through the People". They are known to be incredibly pro-Japanese citizenship, and are often aggressive or even hostile towards foreigners.
