Star Wars: Shattered Galaxy

Episode I: Rise of Heroes

It has been over a hundred years, since former Jedi Master Hadrius Cul, the Black General, took the dissaffected and downtrodden, and massed them into the largest military force the galaxy had ever seen.

It has been over one hundred years, since the final battle of the Wave of Darkness hit Coruscant, and the skyline of the city planet was set ablaze. Since the Republic was shattered. Since every major, and most minor shipyards were destroyed. Since most of the galaxies armies and fleets were vanquished. Since a complex virus destroyed the galactic holonet.

It has been over one hundred years, since the Galaxy was shattered.

Today, a large empire, or alliance, of worlds might number half a dozen. Today, the largest fleets might near twenty five capital ships and two hundred fighters.

The Jedi and Sith, like all Force users, are despised or distrusted, through most of the galaxy. Yet they still exist, in small numbers. The hardy Mandalorians still thrive, damaged less from the great war than many others. Small pockets of what was once the Empire or the Republic exist, a few worlds here, claiming such a title, or a few there.

The galaxy has endured over one hundred years of darkness, with it's focus on survival, rather than war, or advancement. Ships have fallen to disrepair. Economies, now far more isolated, either thrive, or falter, based on local issues, rather than galactic.

A dark power is rising in the galaxy, hidden from the site of all, silent, and unknown.

The Galaxy has been shattered for far too long.......

Leto stood with the other men acconmpanied by his Guard Irruli and servant Vaskus. He was still and quiet and something seemed quite off with him. His eyes were on the Dawnstrike observing closely. Something was on his mind in which he focused entire thought. Even when Maz began to speak he was thinking and almost deterred from listening. He stood in his navy blue gard with a matching cape his mane drifted even without motion as he watched.

=====

Irruli watched his ward puzzled it seemed since the end of the treaty and when the meeting was released Leto had been thinking. The simple proof of Leto's fine evaluation of Irruli tipped him off. Leto had been thinking ahead of the clock lately. He knew much more than he let on, and it seemed something he knew was troubling him.

Irruli stopped thinking about it. It was preposterous that his Ward knew anything more than anyone else at the moment. Leto was just a very observational person. At least the was the reassurance Irruli gave himself although he felt an air of difference. This same air that was about when leto decoded and ripped away at his mission and intentions in the hallway earlier.

A sigh escaped Irruli. What will be will be concerning matters of the future.

=====

Vaskus watched Leto staring at the ship the blue glinting in his eyes. Those eyes observed the man they considered a Master and friend. And Vaskus was hinted by Leto to what he was thinking. When Leto ordered his appearance he expressed his worries of this meeting. But mentioned it could not be prevented and the sense was most irking to Vaskus. He always hated to see Leto so serious and troubled. It was unbecoming of him.

Vaskus gave a light sigh brushing a lock of blue-silver hair swiping it aside. The politics of the evenining did not catch him nor entertain him. It was almost a little too boring for his own tastes. It is where he found his eyes back on Leto examining running up and down. So still and statuesque. It was a disturbing sight that was all Vaskus could think of.

He tried to ignore it. All things come to pass when they are relative to time.

=====

Leto would break his train of thought seeing as he was lost in it. Things were coming into motion. Things were happening all around the universe and to his dismay planets were starting to align for a specific event. He could feel it something would happen and what disturbed him the most was the calm this sense was sending. What sort of danger would be a calm one. It was odd and not understood which was not benefiting him.

A swipe of his brow he viewed both of his colleagues standing so loyal and strong behind him. He could only keep reminding himself...

There is no great change that is not followed by an equal consequence, nor consequence without great change. This meeting would surely mark great things, but hopefully things that would not be ended too soon.
