Star Wars: Shattered Galaxy

Episode I: Rise of Heroes

It has been over a hundred years, since former Jedi Master Hadrius Cul, the Black General, took the dissaffected and downtrodden, and massed them into the largest military force the galaxy had ever seen.

It has been over one hundred years, since the final battle of the Wave of Darkness hit Coruscant, and the skyline of the city planet was set ablaze. Since the Republic was shattered. Since every major, and most minor shipyards were destroyed. Since most of the galaxies armies and fleets were vanquished. Since a complex virus destroyed the galactic holonet.

It has been over one hundred years, since the Galaxy was shattered.

Today, a large empire, or alliance, of worlds might number half a dozen. Today, the largest fleets might near twenty five capital ships and two hundred fighters.

The Jedi and Sith, like all Force users, are despised or distrusted, through most of the galaxy. Yet they still exist, in small numbers. The hardy Mandalorians still thrive, damaged less from the great war than many others. Small pockets of what was once the Empire or the Republic exist, a few worlds here, claiming such a title, or a few there.

The galaxy has endured over one hundred years of darkness, with it's focus on survival, rather than war, or advancement. Ships have fallen to disrepair. Economies, now far more isolated, either thrive, or falter, based on local issues, rather than galactic.

A dark power is rising in the galaxy, hidden from the site of all, silent, and unknown.

The Galaxy has been shattered for far too long.......

It was an infectious buzz in the force as he felt a familiar yet new presence come into the fold. The presence all but overjoyed the young Leto who could not let it go away. Dreams he had, and the familiar scenery... It was too blurry to be sure. His eagerness seemed drained changing him to be more alert and stoic. Despite Irruli's words of safety he knew something would happen he would not like. However he also knew it would not end here. Leto simply sighed locking a firm gaze of aggressive inquisition through a group.

Tiesa, the woman he was to be married to as a sign of peace and a slave. It should of been awkward for him to hold this lock when the marriage and romance the public would expect should unerve him. It did not, far from it. Something in him knew Tiesa was his opposite but it was only in form of thought. Both were royal blood and received higher treatment for it. Both of them had known tragedies from young ages, but what they forged in reaction was very different. Leto used his mind as his blade and cut through aggression with rhetoric of peace. Tiesa on the other hand was warrior picked from a fruitful tree of chaos her blades were her mind, every passing swing her mind would echo and seek. Together true they would be a deadly mix, but it worked against them and he knew it.

"Spoiled... irresponsible... and troubled."

Leto thought to himself with intensity in his eyes as his body shifted directions to the Princess. He held himself in a motion with dignity and a suprising strength for a boy who spoke of passivity.

Meanwhile Vaskus seeing Leto's movements wished to follow, but was stopped by the thick and strong barring arm of Irruli who looked down to the servant. It was a single look that made Vaskus back up. Leto's walk was to be alone. He would not need either of them in this meeting. It played to all of his advantages... Social Communications.

"My honor to finally meet you..."

Leto would speak bowing before Tiesa with her guards to her dislike hiding her between themselves. Leto's eyes observed how lax she was leaning against the wall. Such composure was sure to invite opportunity for the right type. It was almost disturbing to him as he stood firm and regulated.

"I have heard much of you from the Royal guards that accompanied me upon the Ebony Squire. You have quite the notoriety for your personality, and aggressive forms of diplomacy."

The smoothness in his voice gave a soft impression of insinuation along with the gaze he locked. A small smirk formed as he observed. He was calculating every bit of everything. Curiosity drove his mind into the dredges of his very measures of thoughts with interest. He already knew a few things but he would leave to clever trial and error to prove things different.

Suddenly like a shake in his body the presence became closer and intruded into his thought. It almost threw him off his investigation upon the princess. Suddenly things froze as his form of consciousness shifted far from reality pulling him into the melting center of the force. Like the world around him was moving at speeds far beyond his own perception things began to melt and change.

Leto was in a sudden dark place that was of cool environment, but the one thing that was distinct was the that singular irritating echo in the force was eye to eye with Leto. The enviroment around this undefinable figure was just as vague. There was a clash of lights with the darkness he was in with cascades of gray. Leto closed his minds eyes falling into a pitch blackness, but only opened to two pairs of eyes with the iris in flames. A mans face he had seen before was present. He knew this man though Leto realized he had yet to know him. There was a link to this man and it tugged closer as the intimidating presence voice asked with a smooth conformed grin, "What do you see?"

As if Leto had not witnessed the past few minutes unfolding things popped back into place and his eyes were stunned and still locked upon the Tiesa's. It must of have been strange the guards stared at him with a questioning look, but he could not shake the strangeness of the vision himself. It was unusual yet tied all the same to the current situation.

That singular echo... What was it... Was it the man? What sort of question was that? But what did Leto see... what did Leto see in those eyes? That was it those eyes held it all. Leto was sure of it the Vision held much hidden importance and those eyes would show him what he was needed to see.
