Name: Leto Eron Exellius (Crow) Alias: Duke of Kri, Ambassador Exellius, Il-Dal Gender: Male Species: New Prise (Former Prise Hybrids) Age: 19 Alignment: Prise Rank: Duke of Kri/Prise Ambassador Personality: Soft spoken, nurturing, and concerned for his people Leto from a young age was apt to lead and unlike any other in his family of the past few era's he countered violence with peace and negotiation.He possessed much conventional wisdom and a sharp intellectual mind. Under the Prise educational schools he was a genius from birth. His sights were far and his understanding precise... he is thought to have photographic memory. Among his generation of family he is unique in that he was not babied and pampered and was an only child compared to his cousins who massed were largely female and were snobbish and self centered. Keen to lead he was only allowed due to his Gender to lead to represent one Planet of the Keywork as a Duke under the Queen of the Prise. He always found this idea silly that mere leadership based on gender. Still not one t fight he would find a way for change or a way to help whatever the cost. One of Leto's more interesting qualities would have to be his pacifism. He does not seek physical retaliation or violence in the act of offense. Though others see him as weak he will use words and actions to sway his opposer and will never strike back even once. This philosophy of peace to counteract violence is buffered by the idea to turn the other cheek in the sight of offense then forgive and forget. A strange man by some but he truly believes true winning in this idea. Bio: Complete family and Character History: Here is the basic family tree for anyones wanting to know. The Prise- The ancient Forceusers dating back to the beginning All-Mother Phoenix - A being created purely of primordial force energy who is the creator of the Prise and it's Planets the Keywork. It or she as they call it is treated as a deity. It is known for inhabiting a host and granting them special privileges of her heritage of the force to be reborn. These host are only women and usually end up being the Queens and rulers of the Prise kingdoms. High Order - The combined uniformed mind of all ascended Prise after their leaving the material Plain to become one with the Force and their deity the All-Mother. From the spawn of the All-Mother Phoenix her children were blessed by the mighty destined leaders her blood children the Crow. After many many era's have passed and wars humans and prise have become one creating hybrids... now rare and nearly extinct their lineage resurfaced in the Old days with Jesse and Vincent Crow the Original twins who started this chaos. -- Jesse Crow and Newo Ilkkin have a child a child Apollo who is at some point given to Tagra to raise. -- Apollo falls in love with Tempest Tagra's daughter and they have a child. -- Tesa'can is the child who rapes Rayla which leads to Avan and his brother being born but even before that there is a secret child born who is currently unknown. -- Avan has had a child with the now dead Amelia Penne. The child is Ariel Exellius -- Avan concieved 7 more children with Luthien Alantie. First was a set of twins Kyra and Jason, second was a single boy Alexander, last set was a series of Quadruplets Zander, Mali, Neira, and Keign. -- Ariel while having love interests and Alexander having disappeared never had children. The others all had at least one. Kyra however like her mother had a set of twins mainly girls Jalia and Jenesis. Jason became the proud father of a son who he named Veskin II after his fathers brother. Zander had a daughter in which he chose respectively to name Orin. Mali had one daughter respectively who she named Luriel an ode to her mother and eldest sister. Neira gave birth to three girls and the youngest a son named Amara (eldest), Sarena (second oldest.), Feo (Third oldest), Garrick (Youngest, boy). Finally Keign had a string of children but a great number would either be birth complications or untimely death. Keign's children in order are Pharam (Son, Premature Birth), Dagatha (Daughter, Birth Defect), Iola (Daughter, Died at the age of 2 by an assassin), Jael (Daughter, Died With Mother), Bastion (Last son, lived to 6 before obtaining an incurable disease.). -- Jalia followed her aunt Ariel and became a sign of chastity under the new prise Order; Meanwhile Jenesis ave birth to a set of triplets all identical (unlike her and Jalia). The Triplets were named in a pattern Terra, Treana, and Tanya. Veskin II has taken up nobility and a vow of chastity thus his bloodline is exempt. Luriel rather promiscuous gave birth to only one child, a son Leto. Amara, Sarena, Feo, and Garrick each had a daughter uniformly in order. These girls were amply named Dalia. Zaira, Radha, and Lucretia. Keigns bloodline is seemingly dead... Now for the Story History this is just a summary. 3044 B.B.Y.-3022 B.B.Y The beggining Jesse Crow once had premonitions and visions of both future and past seeing images of events yet to occur and the planets of the Prise and their secrets. The Prise at some point helped guide him and his brother along with assistance of Newo to find a person who explained these visions. Through their journey they meet a man who becomes their transportation and guide through the galaxy Al. Al is a man with some undesirable secrets. They travel for years seeking taking the clues. They take part in some small battle in the Dark War over Telos. Jesse and his crew go through there and thanks to his premonition he saves many innocents in the process. He is named The Vision who bears the gift by a mystic and gains his name and notice through that. Going through some other small things to show the characters little different you learn of the small Problems in Jesse and Newo's relationship. Among that Vincents secret love for her and his envy for his brother. Al 's little secret starts to unfold as he has the sick and twisted tendency to capture and rape white Blonde Girls then kill them. He will store the bodies on his ship until he can deposit them into space. Newo is a blond white girl, so he grows a sick obsession with her. Newo and Vincent become captured by a faction of Sith on Nar' Shadda and tortured for information about the Jedi. This place is called the Favor House Atlantic. Jesse and Al head there going to save them and eliminate the faction. Al is an expert marksman and hides in a tall building shooting out the enemy as Jesse infiltrates to save his Brother and Newo. Once through that they learn of where the person they are searching for is. They head to the one who could explain everything but Jesse is contacted by the Prise as they tell him to deliver a message. However Newo's constant poking and disregard of Al has caught up to him so he captures Newo storing her on the giant Star Freighter The Velourium Camper. In a room he commences to rape women he had capture forcing Newo to watch. Before he is actually able to commit the act on Newo Jesse had a premonition and saves her. Now ditching Al he, Newo and Veskin steal Al's ship traveling to see the person they are searching for. On the ship the three characters learn more of each other. When arriving they meet Ambelina who Jesse tells that she is to watch over them in the name of the Prise. She does and teaches Jesse and Vincent of their heritage and conducts a ritual on them which tells the story of the symbols they bear on their chest. With that from the ritual Vincent and Jesse Sprout their wings and grow more powerful. Vincent in anger of information he finds and rejection of love he had for Newo he Massacres people around them. Jesse and Ambelina meanwhile not knowing are alone. Ambelina thinks Jesse is the brother who is to help her bear a child, so she tries to seduce him and Newo walks in as Ambelina tries to. Newo runs out and cries about this. Jesse runs after her, and Ambelina fearing she made the wrong choice waited. Vincent comes back from his slaughter to kill Jesse, Newo, and Ambelina. Jesse and Vincent battle and Jesse tells him to burn his wings and learn from what wrongs he had committed. Vincent did not and fought on. In the end Jesse tears away his brothers wings burning them and banishes him. Later He tore away his own wings burning them forsaking his heritage. Jesse would soon leave with Newo to Ossus, and Ambelina would stay behind alone. Ambelina wanting make up for her mistake seeks out Vincent who she tells she loves and that he was meant to give her a child. Vincent laughed and killed her seeking out vengeance. Vincent finds Al and the two plot revenge. Vincent uses his knowledge of the Prise and goes to the world and tricks his brother and Newo to follow his trail. After this set up goes very much off course and are Al and Vincent are thwarted Jesse takes the information from his brother and makes him forget. Stranding Vincent and Al in a desert on Tatooine. He takes Newo away to live peacefully. Al and Vincent continue plotting and Jesse and impregnates Newo. Newo having a baby boy (Apollo) with Jesse smiling thinking all their problems are over, but Vincent and Al kidnap Newo. they stay on Ziost where Al and Vincent take their turns abusing Newo. Vincent in a twisted sense believes he is the father and cares for the child as Jesse searches for them When Jesse finds them he meets Al who smiles taunting him showing Jesse what his brother did to the now dead Newo. Jesse raises his blades in anger killing Al who dies laughing. Then it comes to the final showdown with Vincent who talks to his brother about the past and when they were young. They battle and Vincent dies in his brothers arms telling him how much he meant to him. Jesse now sorrowful stands before the dead bodies of his wife, brother, and former friend cradling his child and reflecting on his past which is what he had a premonition of those many years before that he could not decipher. Afterwards he finds Tagra and his order of the Forgotten telling him to take his child and raise him. Tagra being sane and still somewhat Jedi like agrees taking the child in raising it along side his Daughter Tempest who was brought back to life. Jesse had one last request though it was to change the child's last name to Exellius. Jesse finds himself a ship and becomes delusional as he sends him and his crew into a sun slowly. In his thoughts he sees what could of been, and the future of his child and his children's children. That is the end of that past and which leads to the future. 3022 B.B.Y.- 27 B.B.Y. Apollo and Tempests love child. The Prise's secret now safe with Jesse's son Apollo they wait. The Prise give Jesse's son the youth and title of the Keeper of the secret. Apollo falls in love with Tagra's daughter Tempest who will have a secret relationship and have a child Tesa'can. Jesse's son takes Tesa'can and runs away. Tesa'can would then put in an orphanage where Sith would take the children and raise them to be assassins and obey their lord Heiseto. Apollo flees to the planets of the Prise and lies in wait. 7 B.B.Y.- 16 A.B.Y. The plan and conception of twins Tagra later takes the fully adult Tesa'can who he has no idea is his grandchild and cooperates with him to make the strongest Force Conduits the Galaxy will know that will destroy the Force. Tesa'can agrees and he captures the Jedi Rayla who rapes and forces to bear the unexpected twins and Rayla dies. Tagra takes Avan and raises him then Tesa'can takes Veskin raising him. 16 A.B.Y.- Present 47 A.B.Y. The beggining of the Exellius twins and their destinies. Tagra as crafty as he is takes Rayla and bring her back to life and she watches over Avan as Tagra trains Avan as a Jedi on Dantooine. Veskin grows to be a strong Sith killing his father serving loyaly under Hieseto. Tagra brings back Tesa'can also letting him watch over Veskin as he grew to be a powerful Sith Lord seeking perfection. Avan on the other hand had become a loyal Jedi under Tagra's teaching. Tagra was ready to take things into plan having already prepared Avans body for the masterful machine. Tagra needed Veskin now so he lured him and captured him. He erased both of the brothers memories and sent sent all of Veskins spirit into Avan giving them new Identities and memories. Tagra prepared Veskins body in this time for the final phase. Meanwhile Avan in his so called pseudo dual personality sought out help from the Jedi to help him redeem himself. Master Leonheart entrusted his teachings to Avan as his student. Avan was loyal to Isaac who he saw as an older brother. He soon found Danika Clay as a sister of sorts as she was Isaacs lover. She had been nice to him. The Jedi and Sith waged war over Naboo and Avan had taken hold of the situation rallying the Gungan army to aid the Jedi take back Naboo. Avan had battled long and hard saving the life of Hadrius Cul's lover Natalia Buckingham. Avan was not finished determined to help his Master in battle but only to see him die at the fierce strength of a newly reborn Thomas Darque. From then on Avan felt hopeless escaping to Dantooine where he found love then lost it as his lover Amelia was killed. Returning to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant seeking guidance. His Masters Ghostly visage told him of a way to bring him back, but was worried if his young Padawan could take the burden. Avan almost Selflessly took up this role and seeked to bring his Master back to the world of the living. It was then dawned the battle on Coruscant and the Rebirth of Isaac.... Rebirth of the Lionheart a ungodly strong beast ravaging over the city as both Rebpublic and Combined Army forces fought each other. Avan fought with Thomas Darque one on one neither of them falling, but enough to show Thomas Avan would be a future pain. To the city he ran as the Temple now collapsed. He battled with himself and sought to end the pain throughout him. In this battle he regained power and felt the effects of Tagra's experiments on him as he charged forth to save his Master. With a shocking wave that sent Avan onto a long shard of metal impaling him. Isaac returned to his former self. Avan began bleeding to death and Veskin began to feel the attachment of a brotherly bond. Tagra appeared promising Veskin he would save Avan if he came along and give up his fake life. Veskin agreed and Tagra did as promised. Veskin returned to his body with an added leash to Tagra, and Avan awoke newly repaired on Coruscant. Avan followed the Jedi in their painful struggle to rebuild themselves. Following the Jedi Star and Hadrius Cul he sided with Danika. Veskin would come in to play guarding Danika as Tagra planned to have Isaac be a partner. Unplanned Veskin fell in love with Danika following her and in the end being captured. Avan now falling from the Jedi not agreeing with their plans treaded into the Dark side. He felt his brothers presence beckoning him and a newly formed ghostly visage of Darth Exellius haunted Danika. So Avan, Danika, Muruader, and Cassus Fett saved Veskin from an imprisonment on a Halo over Korriban. Darth Exellius put them all under a hallucination, but failed to win and was finally vanquished. Avan took his Brother and left. Later he found his Master again after he had been quite absent. Then meeting an old Jedi friend turned Sith He and Torren searched the Ruins on Ziost where they searched for artifacts. Veskin left with the Jedi Knight Kalen Amass. An amulet containing the soul of an Ancient Sith named Kravus Mortem possessed Avan taking him over and Kravus forced Torren into helping him with a ritual. In this ritual Kravus did not expect his host have Lineage to the Prise which caused the ritual to fail and Kravus kept in secret of the amulet seeming as though the failed Ritual destroyed him. Avan bearing the symbol Jesse bore on his chest saw images of his lover and his future daughter, and Danika on Correlia being what seemed to be captured by someone but the vision was to mixed to be clear who. Avan telling Torren he would see him again then set off to Correlia. In his Ship he took the crystal out of his amulet and placed it into his saber giving new strength to it. Meeting up with Danika Avan sure he could prevent the outcome was defeated by Hadrius Cul and captured by Tagra. Veskin was later captured as he helped Kalen on Bastion. Tagra now plans to work his machine and destroy the force. Tagra had all the key configurations into place and during a clash with Thomas Darques Min and the Jedi Star Tagra decided to reveal his master plan. Apollo Exellius appeared to warn his Grand Children of what was to come and defend them. Avan was chained like his brother and they were to be sacrificed and it would bring an end to the Force because of the device placed in them. This was ended as the ranks of the Forgotten were nearly halved by Hadrius Cul and Avan Exellius. Veskin left with Apollo Leading the rest of the Forgotten Army away. Avan lead the rest of Tagra's circle of nine including his pregnant wife Amelia Penne who thought was dead. Avan going to Illum following Hadrius he joined the War of the Ascension. This battle lead Avan to be with Hadrius and others once more in a battle with the Ancients. On Illum Amelia died giving brith to Avan's Daughter Ariel which was passed to Luthien Alantie. The rest of the Forgotten died defending the Luthien a Jedi Padwan and the Child. Tesa'can tapped into the Phoenix Mantle within him and caused a massive combustion clearing out the min around him thus passing the Mantle to Avan. After this battle Avan returned victorious and changed by his Prise Heritage going through the crowing or first ascension among normal Prise. He meets with Luthien Alatnie who he is immediately drawn too and falls in love with. They vow to stay together and care for his daughter making Luthien Ariel's adoptive mother. With the help of Master Seren it seemed that Avan was on the road to light once more. The light was short Lived as he was dragged into the Ranks of the newly formed Black General. Becoming a Black Knight he followed the General formerly known as Hadrius Cul he was caught in a battle that reaped him of his wings and weakened his Force Powers Dramatically. He was also confronted by his Ancestor Jesse who questioned and ridiculed him from the past. Afterwards now he studies under Hadrius studiously. 47 A.B.Y. THE WAVE OF DARKNESS The Black Knight Era Month 1 - Following Hadrius he still lacks focus (However Hadrius is training him to focus now) and upon that lost his strong connection to the force along with his wings since Events in Donning the Black. Something is peculiar about this loss of power and also felt destined. He continues obtaining these dreams and visions of his Ancestor Jesse Crow who tells him things yet to make sense. Within this month He also Meets up with both teens Skylar and Asher taking them in. Month 2- Under Hadrius' command Avan has learned to regain some tact on the force making what his currently weakened state more powerful and able. Also under Hadrius' Command seeing potential in two Cadets Asher and Skylar he sees they are ready for a higher learning, so they are placed under Avan's tutelage. During the attempt on Pattins fleet he introduces the children to a small Meld for their first real experience. Asher and Skylar to him seem closer from that moment and as it seems a dangerous relationship in creation he cannot bear crashing those spirits and vows that he will not let it cause conflicts in the future. Month 3 - TBA Month 4 - TBA Month 5 - TBA Month 6 - TBA 48 A.B.Y. THE LOST YEAR The rebirth of the Prise and Gerrard era. Month 1 - Avan returns to the Keywork after being assumed dead on the battle of Coruscant. He leads the rest of the New Prise (Prise Hybrids) who managed to survive back to the keywork to rebuiild and salvage themselves. Month 2- TBA Month 3 - TBA Month 4 - Avan goes missing from the Keywork and commences to make himself forget his past and assumes the role and persona of a Jedi Master named Gerrard Weatherlight who faught in battle against the Black Kinghts and barely survived. Obtaining a new Look and presence in the force Avan was once more with his to be wife and his daughter ariel once more, but did not remember Month 5 - TBA Month 6 - TBA Month 7 - TBA Month 8- TBA Month 9 - TBA Month 10 - TBA Month 11 - TBA Month 12 - Avan returns to normal and takes Luthien and Ariel with him to become the first Royal family of the Prise. 49 A.B.Y. - 55 A.B.Y. Queen and Knaves Upon Avans return and through Luthiens conviction he brought his family to the front of a lingering Prise society. All those who could lend themselves did and knelt before their proclaimed Queen. Avan planning to lead his people was ousted from position by them in favor of a female. It had come in recent times that Luthien seemed to be experience visions and out of body hallucinations. Lone behold the dormant and sleeping being known as the All Mother (The prise god of sorts) had awoken and chose her vessel in the force to hold her granted power. Luthien within this moment of melding was taught a many variety of customs and ways of the Prise, With Luthien elected queen Avan could only watch as his people would not allow him the right to command or speak against their Goddess' chosen preceptor of the Throne. While Ariel grew up fine it strained the relationship between the two. Avan would remain silent and faithful while they managed within the first year to spur a group of twins named Kyra and Jason. The Prise's society was slowly coming together with a powerful woman at the throne. It was at this point the Keywork shut its doors to outsiders. In 51 A.B.Y. through battle Luthien had shown she easily bested him when using the enhanced power of the All Mother while she was using her body. A new Advisor had been found for her... an ancient Prise named Asmodei who was trapped in the buried Library upon the planet Tyl. He seemed to have placed himself in a Force stasis until someone would find him. Asmodei was a near necessity from that day becoming Queen Luthien's confident. Avan was being pushed away evermore leaving him to study the ancient ways and teach his children. By 53 A.B.Y. Avan had been situated to nothing more than a concubine to his wife the Queen. The Kingdom had as of late become stressed and Luthiens rule became a little more unforgiving and violent. Asmodei her now second in command was using Luthien without her knowing it. The power Luthien now held (The Phoenix Force Entity) had become too much to her human form and she slowly became delusional and power hungry. It did not help either with her consultation as Avan (Now a threat to Asmodei's true intent) was charged with treason and acts to incite a rebellion. Avan was locked away in the Prise Prison and yet again all the teachings he sought to abandon flourished and he put it to play the acts Hadrius once taught him... the act of war. 54 A.B.Y. Avan broke free of the Prises Royal Prison and with it aligning himself with the darkest and the most vicious criminals on the system. Avan and his army spread to the streets and began their mission to infect the system. One by one Avan gained allies around the Kingdom causing a great schism in the planets around them. Avan held a good half in population of the Prise and Luthien under Asmodei's influence. The two would clash as Avan was called the true King. The main concern to Avan was his children who could be used as a trump against him. He held a meeting with Luthien to negotiate... peaceful each were with luthien he would spend a few pleasured moments before they would declare war. 55 A.B.Y.The war exploded into its near ends. This civil war came to the Throne Room steps and Avan had one on one with the help of good friends displaced Asmodei with ease leaving them with an angry power charged Luthien. Luthien was yet again Pregnant and near the end of her term and this fulled emotions which in end fueled her power that completely dominated Avan and his campaign. Avan defied in a losing battle and with persitance reached out to Luthien trying to turn her to logic. Luthien would finally come realization as she collapsed into a quick yet violent labor that birthed the baby Alexander and the Force Entity of the Phoenix. The amount of Force Energy that ravaged her body due the entity exploding out so powerfully healed Luthien taking away the defects and wounds the ages had inflicted upon her. The Entity though weak from birth attempted to now use Avan as a host, but to its Dismay Avan gathered all his force powers and pushed it into the Sun of the the Keywork. The Entity would now be asleep trying to regain its power from defeat, but on the light side Avan united his kingdom once more and Luthien without arguing resigned her position and allowed Avan to rule in her stead. Though not reaching Luthiens level of prosperity the now battle worn keywork sought to rebuild. 56 A.B.Y.-100 A.B.Y. Reformation of the Royal Family 56 A.B.Y. - TBA 57 A.B.Y. - TBA 58 A.B.Y. - TBA 59 A.B.Y. - TBA 60 A.B.Y. - Luthien gives birth to the Quadruplets Zander, Mali, Neira, and Keign. 61 A.B.Y. - TBA 62 A.B.Y. - TBA 63 A.B.Y. - Ariel is 16, Twins Kyra and Jason 13, Alexander is 8, and the Quads 3 64 A.B.Y. - TBA 65 A.B.Y. - TBA 66 A.B.Y. - Luthien dies saving Avan from assassination. Avan hair goes straight white and he becomes quite depressed and reclusive. Alexander disappears and is unnable to be found. 67 A.B.Y. - TBA 68 A.B.Y. - TBA 69 A.B.Y. - TBA 70 A.B.Y. - TBA 71 A.B.Y. - TBA 72 A.B.Y. - TBA 73 A.B.Y. - TBA 74 A.B.Y. - TBA 75 A.B.Y. - TBA 76 A.B.Y. - Avan dies in his sleep, his body is preserved by the force and is place on display in the Royal palace. Kyra and Jason have a share joint power over the Throne and rule the Prise. Keign turns on his family and takes his flight to explore the Galaxy. 77 A.B.Y. - TBA 78 A.B.Y. - TBA 79 A.B.Y. - Kyra gives birth to Jalia and Jenesis and Jason steps down from the Throne becoming Duke of Ori 80 A.B.Y. - Jason has a son Veskin II 81 A.B.Y. - TBA 82 A.B.Y. - Pharam the son of Keign is born prematurely and dies. 83 A.B.Y. - Zander has his daughter Orin. 84 A.B.Y. - TBA 85 A.B.Y. - Neira gives birth to Amara 86 A.B.Y. - Keign has his daughter Dagatha who dies months later of a birth defect 87 A.B.Y. - TBA 88 A.B.Y. - Neira gives birth to Sarena. 89 A.B.Y. - TBA 90 A.B.Y. - Neira gives birth to Feo 91 A.B.Y. - TBA 92 A.B.Y. - TBA 93 A.B.Y. - TBA 94 A.B.Y. - Neira gives birth to Garrick 95 A.B.Y. - Ariel becomes the Grand High Priestess of the Prise Sanctuaries. Jenesis joins her Aunts sect. 96 A.B.Y. - Keign finally has Iola who is healthy. 97 A.B.Y. - TBA 98 A.B.Y. - Iola dies at two when assassinated along with the rest of Keigns loved ones. 99 A.B.Y. - Mali gives birth to her daughter Luriel. 100 A.B.Y. - TBA 101 A.B.Y.-149 A.B.Y. The New Empire 101 A.B.Y. - Veskin II becomes a royal adviser second in command, and Orin Heiress to the Queens Throne. 102 A.B.Y. - TBA 103 A.B.Y. - TBA 104 A.B.Y. - TBA 105 A.B.Y. - Kyra resigns to live with her family in piece. Orin rises to become the new Prise Empress opening the Keywork to trade and negotiations with a few planetary systems... Especially Kuat. Leto's Personal History - Leto was proudly born to Luriel and her Ti-Vej escort Talus Oriole (Holy Adviser and escort). Leto was a wonder to Luriel as she watched him grow rather quickly. He was strictly forbidden to meet the heiress before the marriage plans are finished. Kuat has made arrangements for him to see Coruscant in hope of rallying a alliance on that side to help rebuild the former Metropolis of the Galaxy. When combined with their analytical abilities, The users seem to be Mystical, capable of divining secrets in persons and circumstances that are invisible to everyone else. Slight differences in air currents or the design of a room will allow a user to detect hidden portals; variations in a person's voice and tiny reactions allow user to deeply understand a person's emotional state, and manipulate it. The upper levels take great deal of focus and training, but since the Prise are trained this virtually from birth Most are quite capable. There are few Masters and Experts however in the name as the Masters of this are deadly and most valued. Truthsaying - Novice People trained as Truthsayers are able to detect whether someone is lying by detecting inflection and change in a subject's voice, observing and interpreting their body language and analyzing physical signs like pulse and heart rate. Such perception of someone else's veracity is an ability that all races have, in principle, but that requires extensive training to develop to the point of usefulness. The training of the Prise is very useful for developing this ability, but is not the only way. It is not a skill: It is the development of a latent talent. One describes the talent as "whenever I hear someone tell a lie, I want to turn my back on them." Truthsayers are used widely in politics and trade; the Royalty is never without one. Combined with Versatile Vocal Suasion, Truthsaying is also useful for interrogation and torture. Truthsayers have been known to be wrong or deceived, most often because they are facing another practitioner who has of course been trained to disguise the very signs the Truthsayer is analyzing. Versatile Vocal Suasion - Apprentice Prise can be trained in the use of their Voice to compel obedience in listeners on a subconscious level. By controlling the subtleties of her voice, a Prise can directly address and thus issue commands to another person's unconscious mind in a way that the conscious mind is aware of, but is unable to resist. The Vocal Suasion can be specific to individual listeners, but it is applicable in group speaking as well. Those who seek to abuse this Skill have combined techniques of Force persuasion and affected many minds to their command. Multi-Think – Amatuer Most Humanoids have the ability to practice Multi-Think, literally the simultaneous flow of several threads of consciousness at any given time; mental multitasking, as it were. Weidega training and the Crystal Presence - Amatuer The Prise develop their physical abilities as well as their mental abilities. A trained Practitioner has full control over each muscle in his/her body; this is called Weidega training. It allows them to bend the last joint in their little toe while remaining otherwise motionless, bend and contort their body in ways that most would consider impossible, or put a remarkable amount of force behind a physical blow. The mental part of Weidega is the precise control of the totality of nerves in the body. Unarmed attacks are part of the specialized martial art called the Crystal Presence, which incorporates the Weidega methods of optimized muscle control, which enable one to deliver powerful blows and to move with extreme precision and speed. The basic principle behind the Crystal Presence is that, as a master says, "My mind affects my reality." A user of the Crystal Presence has to know that the action he or she 'wants' to perform has already been performed. For example, to imagine oneself behind an opponent at the current moment in time; when trained well, this knowledge will place you at the spot desired. Internal organic-chemical control - Novice Just as the Weidega allows the user to precisely control each muscle and nerve, they also have complete control over their internal organs and body chemistry.
