Make use of layers: one for the outline and several ones for the different colors and different shades of the same colors. though it looks like you did have some, you did not take advantage of their properties when you used filled colors in them.

Clean: red marks at the bottom of the drawing and at the tip of the petals should not be there. cleaning them is easier since you used layers.

It doesn't look like a rose to me. Instead, it looks like something which resembles a rose, something that shares the basic form and properties of roses but definitely not a rose. But maybe it's your style, and it's alright, although it's very obvious that it was done in haste and without much thought.
