I set up a doodle at this link:

Scheduling Challenge 2

so we can see when the time matches best for everyone.

Please remember not to use any names aside from the School Survivor so we don't get in trouble. Also, don't forget to view it in your timezone as well since we live in different areas.

died surrounded by the friends who hated her.
We all filled it out and looks like 7/8 of us can make 6pm PT/9pmET through 10pm PT/1am ET. I know that Rizzo works nights, so it can't be helped. I can try to clue her in before and after the seven of us meet and we can plan something out.

How does that sound to you guys?

Then let's go with the earliest time to start? 6pm PT/9pm ET. That way if some of us needs to go out and stake a vampure, then we can engage in other activities afterwards.

There is a SLIGHT chance I can be around for the challenge.

I might be let out of my work obligation tonight. If not, it will end around 10pm EST so if you ware still going at that time I'll try to hop into a starbucks and help out.

Just general FYI, as Blair said my schedule is a bit crazy with work - most days of the week I am in the office during the day and that is when I can be most active, but anywhere from 2-5 days per week I also have work-related events in the evening. So I'm online most during the work day (10-5EST) and late evenings (11pm-1amEST) Good thing I love what I do haha

Just got the call that I'll be needed tonight. I am supposed to get out at 9:35EST but by the time I get out of work and on here...not sure you will need me. I'll certainly try!

There is the challenge up. Are we able to discuss it beforehand?

uh we should assign someone to get the image, but other than that just make sure you've read the rules. Every command (letter) has to be used once and only once. Supposedly there is only one solution, though confirming that sounds like it'd be tough.

I guess the question is whether we work on it ourselves and go with who finished first? Because it's pretty hard to actually collaborate on something like this via PM.

It won't be by PM. We can talk in this forum, so we'll just make a thread for the challenge.
I think we should organize all the commands first. All the ones that start with a left turn, with a right turn, that go straight, etc. When we actually start, the person who is getting the maze should also find the path and trace it out (and then post that doctored image for us here) while the rest of us try matching commands.
I think either the maze has 1 complete path (like most mazes do) or there are several, but only 1 will be possible to follow by the commands given.
Anyways that's everything i can think of before we start. I may be home a little after 6 ET, I'm dependent on how the busses are.

What if we made basic maps for each movement. A sort of visual so we can see how it would move on a map.

I am going for dinner with coworkers in half an hour, then I will be home, and should be there by 7cst.

This is a great idea. I misread the first time and i thought thwre were turns, but its all done in directional paces.
Also, in case there are multi paths possible we know that the correct path has to be 19 x 5 = 95 paces long exactly, because of the rules of using each command once and only once. Si that helps eliminate false paths.

That's a good idea. Let's assign someone to get it once we get to the time when we're all online so that we don't get deducted if someone starts early.

Also, attendance check: Blair - present!

Step One

DOWN is by far the most common feature, almost doubling Ups. Right and Left and roughly even.

Down: 30
Up: 16
Right: 21
Left: 20
