I think we should push the baby forward when we have the longest stretch of time that 1-2 people are booked in the schedule. That might be me and blair starting at 7am EST? I haven't checked yet |

So something I think might be useful is to start some sort of checklist? Like make a graphic for us to map this out. I can get cracking on something that we can use to time this almost to the t so we aren't guessing? | |||||||||||||||||||||

the schedule is now updated with the tasks needed. my recommendation: person on main schedule does the walk every 5 minutes. alternate person does the sing song, tikis, etc. Edited by Blair, Jan 21 2017, 12:21:17 AM.
