That means if you make a post, you cannot post again until 30 seconds are up. That means: 1) PLEASE be careful about any posting in other threads when you're supposed to be pushing the baby. You might accidentally lock yourself out of your push, if you make a post right before you need to push in another tab. 2) If you're early by a few seconds, someone ELSE has to make the correct timed post, because you'll miss it. If the worst happens and you're early, alert the rest of us, and hopefully someone can catch it. However, the chances are just plain slim here, don't know what to say.

Having that statement on copy past is very important.
