I think so, if memory serves me correct someone at Gamespot said in the Megaman 10 forums that there was some video on Youtube showing someone playing as Bass along with some cheats activated...but if Bass is in it I don't care cause Bass is pretty cool. |

Ok so let me get this straight, Gamespot decides to give Final Fantasy XIII an 8.5 cause it's linear and does little to keep itself from playing like other Final Fantasy's...so you're taking points away from a Final Fantasy game cause it does what Final Fantasy has been doing up to this point, and NOW of all times you decide to take points off...WHAT WAS THE POINT IN THAT?! If it was any different they'd probably complain cause it didn't feel like a Final Fantasy game so why take points for doing something that worked for 20+ years. Don't see them taking points away from Mario platformers which are very similar in the respective realms of 2D and 3D(or in other words the 2D games played similarly and the 3D games played similarly), although don't get me wrong I like Mario and all but they play similar to one another and I wouldn't like much if it didn't(which is why I didn't care for Mario Bros 2 US version much). |

lol random rant sorry. Basically Final Fantasy XIII got points off for being linear which is what the other Final Fantasies have done in the past and gotten good scores, so just want to know why now of all times they decide to dock points from the game for this reason.
