These Guidelines are in place to ensure that administrative abuse does not occur within the server

.) When pursing administrative action all staff must make a relevant note against the account containing the relevant logs, information and the result of the interaction. To fail to do so will result in any punishments/decisions being immediately reversed against the user.

.) If a higher ranking staff member makes a decision, you are to respect it. That includes overturning decisions made by lesser ranking staff. We expect those we appoint as head admins to be the best we can provide, and their decisions will be the result of extensive experience as an administrator.

.) The use of in-game assets to disrupt rounds is strictly prohibited, this includes spawning items/mobs that can cause damage, dropping bombs, or otherwise using the administrative panel to unjustly disrupt the round for players. Exceptions can be made during slow rounds or events but only upon the consensus of several staffmembers. Otherwise this may warrant demotion/removal of administrative privilege.

.) Listen to players. We are not absolutists, situation and context are our most important administrative tools. Never ban a player without warning, we have the freeze tool and should always at least attempt to speak to players to discern their reasoning for what they are doing. Exception provided for players who leave during investigation.

.) It is our job to maintain the server, to make rounds fun and ensure that everyone is having a good time. We are not the police and should strive to only be seen in a good light by our members. Never enter a situation with the intention of dishing out punishments and utilize common sense.
