Mastery idea

I had an idea about a posible adition to proficiencies. Once a character reaches the maximum amount of * in a skill they will unlock some perma buff they can chose from to make them unique as a reward dor all their hard work, having become a master of that skill.

Example

Once a skill is mastered a character can chose 2 mastery buff from a list. This only applies to the first 2 mastered skills.

General

-X skills jutsus are 10% cheaper to learn (customs 5%).
-X skils jutsus take 10% less chakra/stamina to use.
-X skills jutsus can be taught to students at a 10% discount (excludes customs). The learner still needs to pay the teacher.
-X skills jutsus are 10% stronger when used.
-Free B-Rank technique (includes customs)
-Free A-Rank (no customs)
-X skills jutsus C rank and below can be performed with out hand seals (if applicable).
-X skills jutsu uses 20% less chakra when used (Does not stack with other consumption buff).

Medic

-Able to heal ones self with out performing hand seals to initiate the technique. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this one)

Strong Fist (+5 strenght per *)

-Strong fist style gains a permanent +10 strenght buff.

Sensor

-Able to pasively sense 30m around yourself with out the need for hand seals or focusing. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this one).

8 Gates

-Gates consume 20% less stamina when used per turn/upon closing. Must be able to open all 8 gates. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this).

Sage Mode

-Able to gather natural chakra to enter sage mode 50% faster. Sage mode and perfect sage mode only. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this one).

Assassin

-Can move silently with out the need to use/know silent killing style. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this one).
-Can track targets by sound alone. No extreme hearing like listening to heart beats. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this one).

Summoner

-Reviving summons cost 50% less.
-Extends summon timer by 100%.
-Can summon creatures with out a blood sacrifice.
-Can revive a summon creature for free once per species. The creatures stats will start at 10% and increse by 10% a day untill 100%. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this one).

Cursed Seal

-Lowers debuff per turn by 20%. Only tier 2. (Cannot pick aditional buffs with this one).

Scientist

-One free research tech/item of B-rank clasificationnor lower.
-Can modify ones body with one modifcation once for free. (Cant pick aditional buffs with this one).

Lightning Chakra Mode (Lightning Armor)

-Lowers debuff per turn by 20%. Does not apply to full power mode. (Cant pick aditional buff with this one).
