How To Record; Recording/Uploading

To Record Your going to download the following: Hypercam2, Virtual Dub(For compressing), and XVid-MPEG-4 Codec

First Download Hypercam2 Here:: http://download.cnet.com/HyperCam/3000-13633_4-10720967.html
Next, Configure your cam.
Start X= 0
Width= 640
Start Y= 0
Height=480
Only Box that should be checked is "Leave Hypercam Window Opened"

Go to the tab for "Hot Keys"
Go ahead and pick your hot keys to start record/stop record and to pause/resume your record.
Nothing else should be done to this tab or nothing checked

In the next tab "AVI File", Go ahead and pick the location where your recordings will reside.
Recommended frames to be recorded is 24, Playback:24
"Capture/Full Frame Capture Ratio" Should be 1
Key Frame every 100 seconds

Lastly, you download Xvid MPEG-4 Codec Here :: http://download.cnet.com/XviD-Video-Codec/3000-2140-10651548.html



Now when you do record and you need to upload to do the following:
1.Open Virtual dub
2."File", "open video file"
3. Go to the location that you put in your AVI file for hypercam2
4. Open the video file you just finished recording
5. Then you go to the tab "Video">"Compression" then you pick in that list "Xvid MPEG-4"
6. "File">"Save as AVI"
7. Pick Your name for the recording and It'll start compression

I upload my videos on Veoh.com, You need to register if you have not already.
