When the time of the game has direct correlation to the way you play, then yes, they are 100% relevant. You can throw a fit because you don't agree with the ruling that you sat, but the fact is you agreed to these rules, and by that agreement you stated you would participate within them. When you are found to be without them, you are subjected to discipline. And, to hopefully bring you past this misjudgement you have, the time of the game has no bearing on whether or not you were sitting, it has bearing on the severity of the sit you committed. Cheers!
