Don't Want The World To See Them
|
Hello, all. We're so excited to be able to write these. This game has been such an incredible ride from beginning to end, and we expect the next week or so to be much the same. Whatever happens, it's been such a good time, and we've absolutely loved getting to know each and every one of you. We've had conversations with many of you that we hope can continue long after this game ends. With that said, let's get started. ![]() Bruce 14th Place Bruce, you were the victim of circumstance, and an elimination that was basically decided on by consensus. We had a decent, if not very in-depth, relationship with you. One of our favorite memories of you was your relatively literal approach to this game, and the almost poetic manner in which you would sometimes write. ![]() Ghostface 13th Place Ghostface, your quit came way too soon. We hope everything's ok with you outside of this game. Unfortunately, our own lack of time management early on meant that our interactions with you were...limited, at best. ![]() Kalabar/Kalabar 2.0/Hash Slinging Hasher 12th Place HSH, it seemed like your character kept changing! We're glad that you were able to play, and more importantly, that you came to play! You won the first HoH competition, and tried to get rid of people you saw as enormous threats in this game. We completely respect you hardcore for that. Unfortunately, it was your proclivity to taking out threats that itself made you a threat. ![]() Children of the Corn 11th Place Mr. Corn, playing with you was one of the highlights of this game. Your first pm to us was titled "Alliance", and shortly thereafter, we were involved in a pseudo-alliance with you, against our wishes. One common thread that runs through a great deal of these pre-jury eliminations is that people ended up playing extremely hard, very fast, which helped to make an already dynamic game even more intense. You were a fantastically emotional player, ore at least, played a convincing facsimile of one. We're so glad that we had the chance to play with you. ![]() Hannibal 10th Place Hannibal, or "Hanny", as we liked to call you, you were the life of the party. You were grounded, relatable, and a ton of fun. You were, ultimately, on the wrong side of the numbers one time, and it costed you. Thanks for making this game great, and we can't wait to continue the discussion on faces later on. ![]() Pamela 9th Place This is where things get hard. Pamela, we feel as though we were super close to you in this game. Things happened relatively early on, and people turned against you, and we couldn't do anything about it. We feel that we made the right choice, in working with the house to take you out, but that didn't make it any less painful. Yours was the first elimination that hurt, and we hope we can clarify a lot of things that happened in that last round after this game is over. ![]() Stay Puft 8th Place The double eviction blindsided everyone, possibly you most of all. You were backdoored in one of the most intriguing votes this game, and the effects of your exit sent ripples out that echo as far as this round. You were a part of our first "alliance", with Children of the Corn, and that "connection by circumstance" formed a bond between us, even if it wasn't that strong. Your presence definitely impacted this game, and you will be forever immortalized by the speed and chaos of your elimination. ![]() Jennifer Check 7th Place Jennifer, Jenn, Jenny...where do we begin? We bonded with you very, very early on. Our practices of writing letters to one another was endearing, on our end, and we quickly grew to treasure and look forward to each and every message from you. Your letters filled our days in this game with joy, and we were devastated when you left. You had an incredible number of challenge wins in a very short time, and were one of the more beloved people in this game. You, in particular, we can't wait to see later. ![]() Oogie Boogie 6th Place Oogie, we had a ton of fun with you this game. You were extremely focused on the game, and we appreciated your approach. Your time in this game ended far too quickly, and we were so disappointed to see you go. You had a wonderful grasp on this game, and on the relationships occurring within it, and we are so glad we got to share some time with you. ![]() Chet Pussy 5th Place Chet, you were always willing to speak your mind. Since very early in the game, you were, in many ways, in control. You dominated in competitions, and, for the life of us, we couldn't seem to get you out. At some points, we despaired that we would make it to Final Two with you and lose by default, because of the jury vote advantage you had acquired. You were a force to be reckoned with, and, frankly, we're lucky you were taken out when you were. ![]() Big Daddy/Sam 4th Place Sam, your existence was actually brought to our attention by a spectator. We had posted our thoughts in our confessional about everyone except for you, and a spectator commented on that fact. We quickly tried to get to know you, but unfortunately, since the point, our relationship seemed...off. We were never able to fully trust you, and throughout the game, we felt as though you were sowing discontent with us. Regardless, it was great to get to know you on out-of-game things, and we're excited to talk to you after the game ends. |
